Answer:	First. You need to see if the current time is correct. (Do not misread the time displayed in AM/PM or 24-hour format) Second. You need to check whether the previously set alarm clock is cancelled, press the "S" key to switch to the set alarm time. Third. Button Function

• Press "S" button for 3 seconds to turn on, press three keys at the same time to turn off.

Time Setting

Answer:	Can I change the default Alarm Times? Yes. The default alarm times can be changed to any specific time that works best for your current needs. You can even turn on or off any of the alarms if you need fewer alarms than the clock defaults to. Can I turn off some or all of the Alarms? Yes. Each of the daily alarms can be turned on or off during the set mode. A digital indicator on the front of the LCD display shows which of the four alarms is currently turned on. Also, all alarms can be temporarily turned off for vacation or away mode by a slide switch on the back of the clock. To toggle on or off any of the alarms, please read the following carefully. When you set an alarm, you will set the current hour with the "+" button, then press the green set advance button. Next you set the minute with the "+" button and then press the green set advance button. The last step is to turn on or off with the "+" button. Each press of the "+" will toggle the alarm on or off. Answer:	When I ordered mine, I also ordered an extra key. If you go back and look at your order, you can search for the extra key by using the model number of the dispenser. Good luck!
Question:	How do you deal with the solid pill spot? You can’t bypass it so you’d have to be there to physically move past that solid spot
Answer:	You would have to refill at that point anyway. If you refill early just pick the inner portion up and advance to start over at that “spot”
Question:	does it have a lockout so pills cannot be taken ahead of time
Answer:	Yes. There's a key to use underneath, and unless it's unlocked, you can't change the time and can't access any pill slots except for the one for that day. If they happen to miss a dose, it turns and you can see that they didn't take it. But you can access the battery compartment without the key.
