Answer:	No, you can't. But I used hydrogen peroxide according to the instructions and it worked really well, not only inside the bag, but also the tubing.

Answer:	This happens to me too if I let it cook too long. So I switched to rolling boil on high heat for 3 minutes (stirring about once a minute), then simmer on low for 15 minutes (stirring maybe 3-4 more times) and then I turn if off, secure the lid and let it steep for about 15 minutes before I strain it. I would hesitate to make any statement, not knowing your situation, why it is you're thinking about regular enemas, etc. We got it for a limited period of coffee enemas as a part of a detox program, and it turned out that the system in question responded well initially, but that we had to terminate the program early due to negative effects. I would think if you are anticipating anything regular over a period of time you should consult someone who really knows you, and is recommending both the period between enemas and stating which solution you should use. There are many reasons why you might need to do an enema or series of them - and some why you would not want to. Best of luck - this is a well made product.

Answer:	You use antibacterial soap and warm water to scrub each pieces. Afterwards you can use undiluted 3% hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 2.5 hrs if you want to be 100% sure its sanitized properly. Rinse thoroughly because any remaining hydrogen peroxide can cause inflammation in your colon. Finally you just let it dry out away from direct sunlight.
