Answer:	I tend towards motion sickness easily since childhood. Dramamine works by blocking the histamine response in the body similarly to Benadryl (aka Diphenhydramine). Both of those help my body but ultimately put me to sleep near immediately. This stuff worked quite well for me on a boat in the Virgin Islands. With this and sea bands I achieved a week at sea on a 38ft sail boat and only had one day in open water with more choppy waves that required additional motion sickness remedies. (That day my friend had purchased Rugby Travel Sickness, Tablets, 100 ea off Amazon and those helped in conjunction with these and sea bands.) Hope that helps!
