Answer:	One of the ingredients in Monoplex is Glutamine. Glutamine peptides are often derived from wheat - so Monoplex may not be good for someone with gluten intolerance.

Answer:	Give ethanol a try considering that's what they used to dissolve the propolis in the first place. Idk how promising the latter will be since, it doesn't seem to be quite soluble in water. Answer:	My bottle has an expiration date of 2/2018. The shelf life is usually long because of the antibacterial properties.

Answer:	It stops the discomfort and aids in the healing. Dry the spot with tissue first before applying. Let it dry after applying by inhaling/exhaling over the spot if possible. It may sting for a few seconds upon initial application, but then the pain goes away. I highly recommend this product, as I have tried many things over the decades and this works best.
