Saline is highly corrosive and is not hygienic to store for later use. Any solution that is allowed to remain in the unit when not in use will leak out. Cleaning Tips: 1) Rinse the water tank thoroughly after each use especially if using intermittently and allow it to air dry. 2) Rinse SinuPulse with diluted vinegar (2:1) every 4-6 weeks to disinfect and decalcify any mineral deposits. 3) Do not use alcohol or dishwashing detergents. Question:	Can you switch which side the water goes in and which side it gets sucked out? I'd like the ability to do it both ways
Answer:	It should. I suffer from eczema but I’m under treatment. I love this lotion and I’m always looking for lotions that only have natural ingredients. In my case, I add jojoba oil for more hydration.

Answer:	Its not as thick as it used to be. Im very disappointed. It is thinned down...probably so it goes through the pump better. It works for the 1st half or more of tub, then the bottom stuff is thicker so the pump doesnt work so well anymore. With the original, thicker formula, I got so tired of messing with their pumps, that i almost switched to another brand of lotion. But I loved the thick formula, so I cut the bottles open and scooped the lotion into old olive jars, or whatever jars i had available. I loved scooping it out of a jar (versus pump), and used it lavishly....after I had transferred it to another container. I called the company to appeal to them to please put it in tubs (cuz the pumps didnt work), and also to market it with other lotions....instead of hidden in the baby section only. Not long later, (possibly in response to complaints) they came out with the thinned down version. I am so disappointed, and feel it was a marketing mistake. I still purchase the lotion sometimes, but also use other lotions that do the job just as well. Considering the thinned down version, the price is really elevated.
Question:	Do you need a new salt pod each time you use it, I am trying to tigger the dayle cost, looks like to me about .38 cents a us, is that right

The way nasal irrigation works is that the entire nasal cavity is cleansed, flushed, and moisturized during a single irrigation cycle.  One side of the nasal cavity is cleaned as the rinse flows into it; the other side as the rinse flows out of it.   The beauty of Naväge is that it's so easy to change the direction of flow, either from left-to-right, or from right-to-left.  The nasal dock rotates freely in both directions as shown in the picture below.  When you rotate the nasal dock 180 degrees, the saline will flow in the opposite direction. This can make a significant difference with respect to the ease of flow and speed of an irrigation cycle.  The direction that works easiest and fastest for you will depend on your own personal nasal anatomy. How To Use

• Step 1: Wash your hands before start. Fill the nasal irrigation up to the fill line with lukewarm distilled water or previously boiled water.
• Step 2: Add a packet of nasal wash salt pour into the water. Tighten the cap & tube on the travel neti pot. Shake the nose cleaner gently to dissolve the mixture.
• Step 3: Standing in front of a sink, bend forward to your comfort level and tilt your head down. Keep your mouth open and do not hold breath. place cap snugly against your right nostril and press the button on the bottom until the solution starts draining from the other nostril or mouth.
• Step 4: Repeat steps 3 for your left nostril.
