Question:	How do you disinfect/clean this Nasaline product? There is nothing online about it
Answer:	The salt, in the concentration used should do most of the cleaning though Hydrogen Peroxide is a good idea. Make sure to take the pieces apart to air dry completely before uses. Alcohol seems a bit harsh BUT is you are using it to rid yourself of a sinus infection definitely get serious about disinfecting. Mine is mostly congestions/allergy maintenance issues, but if I had a flu/cold/sinusitis I'd be cleaning it with HP of something. (I never store it in the case as it traps in moisture and that can cause problems.

Answer:	Buy yourself some small screw top containers (5 gram ones here on Amazon is what I bought.) you can measure your non-iodized salt (about 1/2 t. with just a pinch of baking soda if you like) and save a bunch of money over those "convenience packets." Answer:	Just like a toothbrush, it's good to replace it after 5 or 6 months. I use mine longer and never have a problem, though. I take it apart, shake it out to dry it and wrap the two pieces in a dry towel and set it there for the next time after each use.

Answer:	I certainly wouldn't do it. But I opt to heat the water and then pour into the neti pot. Since I irrigate very often I buy a gallon of distilled water and put by bathroom sink and fill irrigator, add some salt, some xylitol, (using without salt added burns like crazy) , and irrigate. You get adapted to room temp irritations quickly.

Answer:	Rinse it out with a few ounces of hydrogen peroxide and you can also do a drop a dishwasher soap and water as well.

Answer:	Just like a drinking glass except you have to remember that’s it plastic. Rinse in super hot water with dish soap and a sponge (on the outside of it) then rinse with clear water. You can then run a little listerine thru it, let it set for 15-20 minutes then rinse again. Just do the best you can to keep it reasonably clean. The listerine thing really kills the germs after the bulk cleaning with soapy water first.

Answer:	I had sinus surgery in 2017. My ENT surgeon recommended I use the Alcolol rinse every morning and night once I had recovered. You must use it in conjunction with a NeilMed sinus rinse bottle and Saline nasal rinse. You can get the plastic bottle and saline packets from any pharmacy. They are commonly referred to as a Netti pot but this is the only one that works. You put Alcolol in the bottle up to the first line, add the saline packet and then fill the bottle with distilled or boiled water which has cooled. I can’t cope with very dry cold weather. If you have headaches when you wake up, it’s a sign of sleep Apnea and you should see an ear nose and throat specialist. In any case I’d recommend seeing an ear nose and throat specialist. If you also snore and are overweight, lose weight as best you can, drink lots of water every day and that will diminish your snoring which can also contribute to dryness. Drinking water does not mean coffee, tea, soda or other drinks. Good water; not tap water which contains chemicals. Caffeine is a diuretic and all it does is dry you out more. I was in hell before I started using the sinus rinse and increasing my intake of water. Doing these things has stopped sinus infections and it cleans out allergens.
