This ultrasonic generator produces pulsating and aggressive ultrasonic sounds like a siren. The frequency of the generator is adjustable between approx. 8 - 40 KHz. A special loudspeaker with vaulted aluminium dome membrane has been built in to achieve a better sound distribution. Answer:	It does not work with anything.
Question:	Does this device "ramp-up" to the selected frequency when you turn it on? I want to avoid anything audible to humans
Answer:	Yes and no. There is a dial you can adjust the freq. If you have it at highest setting then turn it on, it will be ultrasonic. If you leave it at a lower setting then it will be that freq when you turn it on. Note, some people can still detect ultrasonic. Though they don't "hear it" they will know it is on.
Question:	Think this would shut up noisy rooster(s
Answer:	I can say I tried it on a neighbors young dog that would bark at anything - needless to say it didn't work probably because the dog got used to the ear piercing noise - luckily in the state of texas we have nuisance animal laws and that remedied my situation - in your case I figure a rooster HAS to crow - it's part of him and I highly doubt this would work - perhaps check any local ordinances that may help like I did. Hope this helps. One more bit of information - this item can be turned volume wise so a human or an ant can hear it - I can say my neighbor did get annoyed when I turned it to where a human can hear it - it sounds like a siren and it was pointed at their house and it was very annoying and they couldn't tell where it was coming from.

Answer:	It depends. If you build a sound cannon and push the sound through some tweeters doing so will provide some range. Several videos on you tube will demonstrate the project.

Answer:	Bought this product was expecting more when it came it was basically just white noise you can make that same white noise from an app on the phone but it is a little bit louder. This unit only covers maybe 5 to 10 feet anything more than that is useless

Answer:	You will hear (like a SLEEP MACHINE) and SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH like TV is on wrong channel. If you raise the Volume ALL the Way to high - all listening will hear the Noise Only. Instead, I would get NEW PHONE & keep password protected. You can keep same # just get new equipment.

Answer:	If you invest a additional $7 for the Camco 44850 Gen-Turi Suction Cup mount, it should handle the wind just fine, mine has.

Answer:	I think if you have a hard point on the top edge to attach the brackets, it should work.

Answer:	there are many things that need to beconsidered for rv generator , first is duty cycle as a true rv generator will run for days without shut down and many others need the fuel stop to cool and check oil as well as temp as a fire could result.second a true rv generator also will run electronics with no wave form problems for tv or computer, third exhaust needs to be clean some have catalick converters and others don't which cause problems for healthh and campers next to you. fourth good generators cost more for duty cycles and quality and durability which means the cheap $200.00 generator does not work well when it is not brown out protected( there goes the ac) fifth the not knowing person points the generater exhaust under camper and fuems kill the campers inside

The Camco Gen-turi RV Generator Exhaust System is a venting system designed specifically for RV generators that provides for fresher air around RVs as well as reduces generator noise. The Gen-turi utilizes a tubing and coupling system to raise generator exhaust above the top level of your RV. It can be used with RVs utilizing virtually any exhaust pipes size by way of a variety of adapters.

Reduce RV Generator Exhaust and Noise

RV generators are a popular and convenient tool for providing instant power when you on the road, but close quarters at rallies, tailgate parties and at campgrounds create a need for a reduction in the noise and exhaust fumes that they generate. This is where Gen-turi comes in. The Gen-turi is made specifically for use with RV generators,* when the vehicle is at rest. It diverts nasty fumes away from the ground, where they can be inhaled by neighboring RVers and campers, allowing you all your comforts while remaining a good neighbor. As generator exhaust is vented above the roof line of the RV and is also air cooled in a patented process. Dilution of fumes leads to less rattle that is often transferred to the vehicle body, and then the surrounding area, resulting in reducing noise all around. How it Works

Exhaust "noise" comes from two sources: vibration and the sound made by the actual gases leaving the exhaust pipe. Most manufacturers mount generators in a manner that uses some type of rubber material to isolate the vibration of the generator. Even though the Gen-turi is rigidly secured to the exhaust system, rubber straps are used to stabilize the Gen-turi to the coach.

This prevents transferring the vibration noise of the generator system to the coach. As an added benefit, the noise made by the gases discharging from the generator exhaust pipe is diverted upward, above the roof line of the coach. As a result, in most installations, the exhaust system is actually quieter with the Gen-turi installed.

Answer:	Cheers, Many years ago, my wife and I moved from a rural college town to a city apartment. It was summer so we were use to falling asleep to the sound of a fan. After the move we just kept running a fan to drown out the city noises. We still sleep with fan to this day.
