Answer:	Sorry, Amazon won't let me submit a review for some reason. I'd say they're pretty good for the price ($27), but there are drawbacks. Brush tips can be expensive and I personally think these are a good niche-case. PROS > Good color selection, especially with Blues, Greens, Pinks, and Purples > Colors blend well (If Tombow were an A+, then these are a solid B) > Brush tip material feels very similar to the Tombow brand they imitate > Included foam holster (surprisingly useful, way more convenient/easy than a book-style holder) CONS > Plastic feels a bit cheap > Ink colors rarely match the color of the cap (some are spot-on, most are close, but a small handful are way off) > No color codes printed on the side (hard to make swatch-sheets for color references) > Some of mine were overloaded with ink. Not a huge deal, but some people might have a peeve about that. Pro-tip: Wrap some duct tape around the side of the foam holster. It'll keep it from ripping and will basically last until it dry rots.

Question:	Do these bleed? I wanted to use on tracing paper
Answer:	Yes, the sets do overlap. For instance, there are three overlapping colors between the “Bright” and the “Primary” sets. I wish they wouldn’t have done so we could collect all 96 through the sets but that’s just not how it works apparently :( I have the primaries, secondaries, galaxy, and pastels and the rest of the sets (muted, greys, landscapes, etc.) all have overlapping colors with what I have.

Answer:	There are definitely 96 colors (they each are identified by specific number, e.g., 837, 536, etc. but I find that some of them are very similar, although not absolute duplicates. Subtle differences in tone and saturation. Still, I'm happy with the set.

Question:	Can I use it on the finger nails
Answer:	They USE to be made in the USA, but they started outsourcing about 5 years ago and the quality took a HUGE hit. The leads break constantly, the wood casing splinters when you try to sharpen them. If you can find older ones, get them, but these newer ones are total garbage.
Question:	Are they perment? Could the be used on fabric
Answer:	Prismacolor pencils have changed hands several times. I still have a few dating back to the 1970s with "Berol Prismacolor" on them (and even before that, the Prismacolor pencils we're owned by different companies and labelled under variations of the brand name). After "Berol", they were labelled under "Sanford Prismacolor", and today the softcore artist grade pencils are called "Prismacolor Premiers". Some shades have been added to those available (all can be bought open stock meaning you can buy individual pencils online or at art supply stores). A few colors, such as some metallic shades, have been discontinued from the Sanford days. The remaining colors seem identical when I compare the shades from my old Berols to my new "Premiers". Texture (the trademark "creamy" wax core) seems to be the same as well, but whether the formulation has changed over the years, probably only the company knows for sure. I know the current SIZE of the soft core pencil is slightly smaller in diameter, so you are getting less product than in the old days. On the other hand, Prismacolor pencils are a lot cheaper (at least in the U.S.) than they used to be. I think (with no real proof--just my opinion based on my personal observations over the years), that every time the pencils switched owners, the quality control dropped for a bit (more cores falling out, split casings, uneven core placement, etc). They seem okay now. I have no idea which set is being sold here--I was checking it out because the price was so low as an eventual placement set (because I'm actually using my pencils more now that I don't feel they are so precious that I must hoard them like a miserable). I think there is also a lot of confusion because the current company decided to stick the name "Prismacolor" on virtually everything they make. Verithins are thin, hard core pencils that are meant to add fine details to artwork done by the softer Prismacolor Premiers. Scholars are student-grade, slightly harder than the Premiers for kids or beginners who can be heavy-handed. I've never tried these, but there are good reviews out there. Prismacolor also make a watercolor pencil--you can use these like regular pencils, but the pigments dissolve with water for a watercolor painting effect. The important thing about softcore pencils is not to drop or bang them about because the leads can completely shatter within the case, which results in getting broken pieces falling out when you try to sharpen it. I had a mail carrier actually throw an Amazon package up the flight of stairs where it slammed against our apartment door! Luckily, these were books!
Question:	Are these pens better for coloring posters, or pencils
Answer:	Good question...I believe it's 2 separate trays and 1 inset tray in the bottom of the tin case. However, might I share with you what I do, as an artist. I never use the cases my supplies come in. For this set I purchased this wonderful black canvas zip case by Global Art that holds 120 colored pencils (amazon.com has them and many Hobby Lobby Stores (not HL online). This way I can arrange my pencils in the color order I desire. The case closes all the way around (zips, thus, no spilled tin case, ruining the pencil tips). This is the largest case (120 capacity) I could find to my liking but holds only 120 and this Prismacolor set is 132. So for the 12 remaining pencils, I easily remedied this by cutting a nice sturdy piece of cardboard out that fits in the case. Then I laid out all the gray tones, black & white colors on this piece of cardboard and hold them flatly against the cardboard with 2 covered hair pony tail bands (or you could use rubber bands). This piece of cardboard with the remaining 12 less-used colors fits perfect in the case and the case closes beautifully! I cannot tell you how wonderful this set is....but it's large and one needs to arrange like-colors together and transfer to a case that is more user-friendly (tins are cool, but not at all practical. They also take up a lot of table surface space, so this case makes all my colors easily accessible. I also highly recommend that after you organize your pencils in the order you want, that you make up a sample color chart and keep it with your pencils for easy identification. Hope this helps!

Answer:	They are the regular Prismacolor pencils - the best pencils in the industry. Other than Holbein, none other compare. I have to laugh at the so-called artists that "love" Polychromos - most of them wouldn't know a colored pencil from a pencil sharpener.

Answer:	Not sure - packaging reads “water-based Non-Toxic Acid-Free” Liquid markers. Packaging doesn’t say whether they are washable or not. Sorry I don’t have an exact answer.

Answer:	The 0.4 Fine tip seems to work in my Cricut Explore Air 2, but the brush tip isn't quite long enough, so it would only work on thicker materials.

Answer:	I used them one time they are a little messy and yes they bleed into the paper.. I like to use the gel pens they are a good pen dry fast and leves a nice picture I hope I could help you and answerd your question..
