I would do an enema with about 1.5 L of water and it would only hold up to about 1 liter at that time (i started small and increased with time).I did this quite frequently during a month (3-4 times) and it held fine. I will say after about 6 months of use, the top would start to rip (i used a clothes hanger to prop it up on a shelf when using) but i would staple it together and it was fine.

Answer:	The first time I ordered they did. The second time they were just in a box, some had spilled over and many were leaking. I called and complained that it wasn't sanitary and unusable, so they shipped a replacement and told me to themrow that box out. The replacement box came in the same nasty condition so they just refunded my money. I will not order from them again.
