Answer:	measure a typical toilet width. If you do not have a toilet go to a restaurant or gas station. They are all approximately the same in this country.

Answer:	I don't know if they are sturdy enough. They would also need to be 7.1 in x 7.9 in (18 cm x 20 cm) or larger if they are to hold on to the self-wipe aid. I use Costco Kirkland brand wipes but they are NOT flushable!

Answer:	This is what is listed on the site: The top layer is the “top sheet” with fibers made from 100% organically grown cotton. Under the top sheet is the absorbent core which contains unbleached fluff pulp & cellulose which are soft fluffy fibers derived from wood pulp to absorb fluids. So it shouldn’t contain SAP.

They feel like an ultra thin but there is an extra layer of absorbent material call our breathable Air-Fit Cushion which gives you a little extra protection right where you need it.
