Answer:	I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+ with a battery pack protective case. Its about 1/2" thick all the way around. Pretty much every 3.5mm headphone cord doesn't work, the plug in's are just not long enough. I bought the extension, FosPower (5 Pack) 3.5mm Male to Female Auxiliary Stereo Audio Headphone Jack AUX Adapter. They are so good in less that a week i ordered 10 more. I give them to friends with the same problem. 1 friend had to take her case apart every time to instruct her fitness classes using her phone for the class music. I think a lot of people don't know about the extension, i recommend buying more than 1 because they are small and it is easy to misplace it because you will take it everywhere you go! You won't be sorry that you bought 5 or 10.

Answer:	8mm Wide for the silver part. But notice the gold part above the silver part with Anker, it's 6mm Wide x 2.5mm Depth. If your case is only 2.5mm thick, and will fit 6mm wide, you should be OK. If thicker case than 2.5mm, you would need to have 8mm opening for the cable to work good. Hope this helps!

Answer:	Electrical engineer here with experience on phone power systems: As long as there is enough power to continue charging there will not be problems with variations at the speed solar cells vary. Every modern phone has a microprocessor handling the charging current and will adapt to varying input - they have to because modern batteries are pretty picky. The one problem case is if the solar cell gets enough power to charge for a short time, then insufficient power, and it cycles like that. Activating and deactivating the charging system can actually DRAIN power because it takes some power to get the power management up and running (it bootstraps if the battery is completely empty). So if you somehow have regular shadow/light cycles of 2 seconds (putting it right under a flag in just the right wind maybe?) you could get strange things happening.
Question:	The 8W and the 15W look the same. what is the difference between them
Answer:	Besides the difference in amount of watts produced by the panels (8W vs 15W), the other differences between these two models is physical size, weight, and output. Both models are a tri-fold design however their lengths and widths vary. The 8W model weighs 13.8oz (390g) and the 15W model weighs 12.5oz (355g). The 8W model's size is 230 x 160 x20mm / 9.1 x 6.3 x 0.8in (Closed) and 490 x 230 x 4mm / 19.2 x 9.1 x 0.16in (Open) while the 15W model's size is 280×160×19mm / 11.0×6.3×0.7in (Closed) and 460×280×4mm / 18.1×11.0×0.2in (Open). Answer:	It probably has a short in a wire inside the cord. Depending on how you bend it, sometimes the wires touch each other and connect allowing a charge, but most of the time they are sepersted due to the break. You just need to order a new charger. If you buy an Anker charger, it will list the devices it is compatible with. I think the 6 foot cord is the best value as it comes in a nice storage case.

Question:	Is this the correct aux cable to connect a cassette tape player to a car aux outlet
Answer:	I passed my iPhone 6s+ down to my son and bought a new Lifeproof Nuud case for it in October 2020. These cables fit just fine and change with no issues.
Question:	Can this cable connect iPod with Anker wireless speaker
Answer:	I do notice that it is a slightly faster charge, it's not hugely different but if you're in a rush every bit helps. Where I have noticed the biggest help is in its shielding. I have an iPhone 5 and have been getting some static issues while charging that make the screen inaccurate and while connected to this cable those issues haven't happened.
Question:	Anybody use this cable for beats pro? main concern is if anker's cable will seat properly inside headphones
Answer:	I bought about 10 of those in total but the shorter cables, not the 2m ones. I would not buy from any other brand to be honest.. amazing quality and support. Only 2 of them failed on me eventually but that was due to heavy use (compared to all on other brands), and Anker were happy to ship me replacement ones as they were still under warranty. I'd say if yours failed on you after a few months or 6 months, just contact Anker for a replacement. Each of these cables has a serial number on it you need to give to them.
