Answer:	This is a great question. I have very flat feet and I have tried the $$$$ podiatrist inserts and approx 20 different types of arch support insoles. My knees have become a chronic problem. When I wear "flat foot" inserts I have noticed that my ankles still rotate inward. About two years ago, I decided to order and test five different types of "high arch" inserts. Two of the "high arch" inserts lift my ankle into a normal position and I feel much less pain in my knees. The "flat foot" inserts that I have tried have a low arch and don't align my ankles, knees, and hips properly.

Question:	For half sizes, such an 11.5, should I order the 11 or higher size
Answer:	I just received mine and they do run about 1/2" longer than the previous versions. I am a women's size 8.5 and I ordered the M7/W9 and will cut them to size. I fear the women's 7.5 to 8 will be too short for my shoes. I would recommend, if you are a half size, to order a half size up and trim them to size. These are great, by the way, if you have flat feet and suffer from plantar fasciitis. I put them in all my walking and hiking shoes and can walk for miles without any pain.
Question:	Has anyone tried jogging with these
Answer:	Sprinting, Jogging, Lifting, CrossFit - everything. I have a set for my work shoes and workout shoes. Can't say enough about how well these work. My orthopedist suggested them to me rather then getting custom $600 orthodics and couldn't be happier.
Question:	are these very rigid or semi-rigid in the arch? Or does the arch completely give out when you put your full weight on them
Answer:	I found them to be fairly rigid. I am about 175 lbs and they offer nice support for my high arches. If you were to put all your weight right on the arch portion I could see them flexing, but if you wear them the way they are intended it should give you support.
Question:	What is the difference between this and active thick
Answer:	I think they're the same insole. This is just the older version and Active Thick is the new version. These are great insoles. I've been using them for years in my running shoes. I run ultras and these are the best insoles that I've ever used - even better than the custom insoles that I had made specifically for running. Hope this helps!

Answer:	The orange and white packing also has zinc and it’s a heavier cream. It only takes a little because it spreads. I can testify it really works for someone who has a bad skin irritation. The other is very light and it’s a cleanser you don’t rinse off that contains the phytoplex. I would only use this to help prevent the skin irritation but once you have a sore I would use the product with the Z guard.

Answer:	NO, not at all, and I hope you didn't attempt it based on those other two wrong answers! I have no idea why the other two people who answered this question said "Yes," because that's absolutely not true at all. That's not what this is designed to do. It's not an inflatable mattress that you simply blow up and leave. It will not seal up if it's not connected to an alternating pressure pump by the length of double tubing provided with the mattress. It's an alternating pressure mattress designed to inflate and deflate in separate areas automatically over time, in order to relieve pressure areas underneath the patient laying on it. It doesn't completely inflate and then completely deflate over the entire surface of the bed. Different areas inflate and deflate at the same time by use of a special electrically operated pump, which is directed in the instructions for use on the product information area. The mattress comes with the tubing needed to connect it to a pump, which is purchased separately. The recommended model of pump is listed in the description area, although its possible that other electric pumps used for the same purpose would work as long as the pump connects firmly to the tubing. (That might make this useful to replace other pressure mattresses in use that have begun to leak.) And, yes, I do know what I'm talking about, because I have one of these types of alternating pressure air mattresses under me right this minute, and have for some time. It's worked beautifully in helping to avoid developing pressure sores, and in healing one before it got too far along.
