Question:	If someone has flat feet, do they want a Spenco insole that "forces" you to have a high arch
Answer:	I ordered size 10.. For some reason, these products are displayed on Amazon separately by size rather than just letting you select the size when you order.... a bit inconvenient.

Answer:	I have not tried in a size 3 but look into the 3/4 length ones not full length. I have a pair and use them in dress shoes because it stops short of the ball of the foot/toes.
Question:	Will thes be good for walking on concrete floors all day
Answer:	Very good for running (approx 15 miles per week) to mitigate Plantar Fasciitis. They're quite firm, which is why they work, but consequently they're not super comfortable. Wearing thicker socks helps.

Answer:	These should be worn all the time, but yes, please don't go dancing without them. Just be aware, you may need to allow your feet to get used to them. Your feet may have gone a little flat (as most people's do), and you should wear them a few hours at a time at first, for the first couple weeks, bring your old insoles with you, so the arch in your foot can become strong again, they will be sore at first. It's completely worth it though. I even have a pair in my house shoes.

Answer:	I think this is different by each person. I recommend talking to a physical therapist or someone who is good with shoes to watch you walk and give you some recommendations. I have been through a ton and had to find one that worked best for my activity level and my feet.

Answer:	They do more cushioning in my opinion. Support you would need something with a little harder, more supportive material. They do provide a little support but not a lot.

Answer:	No, you will need to cut them to fit. Easy as there are lines on bottom of insert to cut out your size.

Answer:	Are you referring to the Dr. Scholl's Active Series Insoles? While I am not all that familiar with the Active Series insoles, the differences between these and the Spenco Comfort Replacement insoles are apparent. The Spenco Comfort insoles are a thin (5/32" thick), flat cushioned insole with no arch support made of the SpenCore material, whereas the Dr. Scholl's Active insoles are "designed to support your foot while in motion." The Dr. Scholl's Active insoles offer a deep heel cup and arch support, and they appear to be a bit thicker than the Spenco Comfort insoles. I wouldn't say that one insole is better than the other, as they are both quite different from one another - the insole that will work for you would really depend on the type of insole you are looking for (flat and cushioned, or supportive and cushioned) and the type of shoes you will be using the insoles with.

Answer:	They can go on top of the insole. Whatever is more comfortable.

Answer:	I wear a 11 1/2 running shoe and the 10-11 is too small. I am ordering the 12-13 and will trim as needed. I have trimmed them before and they were great. But try to get a smooth cut around the edge.

Answer:	I would give these a try. These are the most comfortable and durable insoles (in my opinion) in the market. I have been using them for many years and they are very comfortable. I wear cowboy boots everyday and are on my feet most of the day. I always have these in my boots. I find that they provide cushion to the entire foot.

Answer:	They last pretty much as long as any shoe insert lasts. They are quite good quality.They were recommended to me by my Podiatrist. So far, I have used mine for over 3 months.

Answer:	Probably not, because the toe end of the insert is not rigid. However, the cushion on the toe end is less than an eighth of an inch thick, so if the shoe sole doesn't bend much, this insert won't make the issue worse.
