Shock Doctor recommends that to ensure proper fit, the size range of the insole should match the style & size of the skate. For instance, an ADULT sized, Women's 5.5 skate would require the Women's 5.0-6.0 insole. So for this particular insole, either a Men's skate size 4.0-5.0 OR a Women's skate size 5.0-6.0 would be the only skate sizes Shock Doctor would recommend per the sizing information on the product packaging. At the current time, Shock Doctor does not offer a similar, youth-sized insole.

Answer:	No, these provide additional cushion on top of the shoe insoles, for a very comfortable fit.
Question:	The 9-9.5 size is a tiny bit big for my size 9 shoes. Is it okay to cut the insole? If so, where's the best place to cut
Answer:	They have really helped my feet. We are in North Carolina and the humidity is crazy during the summer. I change them out on super hot days. They wash well and I air dry mine. I change mine out each day. I have multiple pairs of them. That really helps.
Question:	How does one orthotic be a “one size” fit all shouldn’t be more specific? One for high arch, one for flat feet etc

Answer:	This is a great question. I have very flat feet and I have tried the $$$$ podiatrist inserts and approx 20 different types of arch support insoles. My knees have become a chronic problem. When I wear "flat foot" inserts I have noticed that my ankles still rotate inward. About two years ago, I decided to order and test five different types of "high arch" inserts. Two of the "high arch" inserts lift my ankle into a normal position and I feel much less pain in my knees. The "flat foot" inserts that I have tried have a low arch and don't align my ankles, knees, and hips properly.

Answer:	I do not think so memory foam would not give you as much support, the description says" Lightweight polysorb polyurethane foam provides arch and heel support". My foot doctor recommended them, they are less expensive than some although Spenco has variety and some are higher priced. I have been using them for a few years, and they work for me

Answer:	You have to cut to size. You have outlines for all sizes to cut.
