Answer:	I have not tried in a size 3 but look into the 3/4 length ones not full length. I have a pair and use them in dress shoes because it stops short of the ball of the foot/toes.

Answer:	These should be worn all the time, but yes, please don't go dancing without them. Just be aware, you may need to allow your feet to get used to them. Your feet may have gone a little flat (as most people's do), and you should wear them a few hours at a time at first, for the first couple weeks, bring your old insoles with you, so the arch in your foot can become strong again, they will be sore at first. It's completely worth it though. I even have a pair in my house shoes.

Question:	How do these compare to the berry Superfeet insoles
Answer:	Every 12 months or 500 miles. They are guaranteed for 60 days. You will love these if you are having foot problems. I was skeptical because they are so thin. They have definitely taken care of my plantar fasciitis. It took a couple of weeks for the pain to stop but I am sold on these!

Answer:	Thats tricky. When you buy shoes with actual arch support built in them, does it feel like the aech is in the right place for you or does it feel like it is too far forward or backword? I would say if they are always in the right place, order the size 8.5-10. But if they feel like they are too far forward, order the size 6.5-8. My very first pair of superfeet I bought, I had been fitted for in a comfort shoe store in a mall, and the very knowledgeable man who helped me, said my foot measures a size 8, but my arch measures a size 8.5. The next pair I bought, these berry ones, I ordered from Amazon, and I got the size C. After wearing them for nearly 2 years now and thinking these don't provide me nearly as much support as my Vionic flip flops do, I realized that the arch support hits too far back and I should have gotten the next size up, the size 8.5-10. So now I am ordering the next size up in the Superfeet Blueberry (as they are suppose to have the next level up of arch support from the Berry's) and that should solve my problem.

Answer:	This is a great question. I have very flat feet and I have tried the $$$$ podiatrist inserts and approx 20 different types of arch support insoles. My knees have become a chronic problem. When I wear "flat foot" inserts I have noticed that my ankles still rotate inward. About two years ago, I decided to order and test five different types of "high arch" inserts. Two of the "high arch" inserts lift my ankle into a normal position and I feel much less pain in my knees. The "flat foot" inserts that I have tried have a low arch and don't align my ankles, knees, and hips properly.
Question:	Do these last a long time? I have some that are gel and they flattened out after about a year

Question:	Is the arch foam too? Or is it a metal or hard plastic to hold arch up
Answer:	As far as I can tell the entire insert is constructed of foam. The heel and arch are a hardened foam but still lightly padded. It took a couple days to get used to them as I’ve never needed inserts before. I exercise daily and find them incredibly comfortable. All symptoms of my plantar fasciitis are gone. I decided to continue using them as a preventative measure. I even bought a second set for other shoes. They trim easily with a guide molded into the bottom of the insole. Question:	I've had planters fasciitis where the pain was in the arch, after that went away I have pain on the inside of my heel. Will this solve it or not
Answer:	I don't know long term as I have only been using these a month but I can say they are giving me almost complete relief of my heel pain so that I'm able to play court sports. Also don't know how long they are going to last but they seem to be holding up well so far for their price. They did make the top outside of my right foot sore initially, my affected foot, but not my left foot and they do caution about wearing them too many hours in the beginning. I am also taping my right foot with athletic tape and wearing an elastic compression half sock, as well as stretching before activity and icing after activity.

Answer:	Mine delivered were for men's size 8 to 13(US). They can be and are intended to be trimmed to your size. The size and trim lines are molded into the product. Easy to do. If they otherwise fit your needs a decent product pretty much the right price.

Answer:	I add these ProFoot's on top of the insoles already in there. Because of this I try to find shoes like some New Balance shoes that have a little bit more room. But when you do find shoes that have more room for them you will be on a cloud of pillows for you feet. These Profoots mold to your feet perfectly after 1 month or so when you pull them out they will have a perfect imprint of your foot.

Answer:	I have not have an issue with the insoles damaging my socks. I have been wearing Feetures, Balega and Nike Run Dryfit socks when I run... for many years now. I also have a pair of Green SuperFeet in all of my running shoes. I can usually get 2 years out of my running socks. I replace my Superfeet insoles annually but I only average 20 miles or so a week right now.
