Answer:	Yost vises website says it comes with a 1 year warranty. My vice split in half length-wise 4 inches long, toward the jaws, the first time I used the anvil platform. Unfortunately, it was 2 years after purchase. Their higher end professional series vises carry a lifetime warranty.

Answer:	I’m not sure about a custom time frame but it does 4 hr intervals which works for us examples are 2-6pm 6pm -10pm As for temporary codes we only give out 1 at a time but you can assign up to 5 secondary codes for staff etc We love this lock as it changes the way keys were given out previously 🤗

Answer:	Thank you for your question. Though the lock is designed primarily to be opened with a Bluetooth connection, it can also be opened with manual codes for which 8 numbers can be used for each code.

Answer:	My unit does not connect to wifi. It does pair up via bluetooth with my phone. You cannot remote access it via a wifi connection, but you can activate it when your phone is close. We program in guest codes and have a master code that we use and this has worked well so far at our vacation rental. If you need a wifi enabled device, this is not it.
Question:	Is this vise made in the USA
Answer:	You can add a guest through the app. The guest will receive an invite. You do not need to be at the lock to add a guest. When their phone is near the lock it will sync with it. There is also a manual override you can provide and change as you need to.

Answer:	It Can be done veerry carefully. It is intended to be held in a certain angle to the property being cut. I would use my Dremel Scroll Saw to achieve mitering. The table allows it.

Answer:	Sorry about the confusion. Dremel does not sell the tool alone. We sell kits with less attachments and accessories but not the tool itself. The promotion is the kit which includes the Dremel 4300 tool with 9 attachments (the 225-01 flex shaft is included as one of the attachments) and 64 accessories for the $139.00.
Question:	Listing is confusing, is the flex shaft, it comes with, different than the additional flex shaft with the kit

Question:	Is this worth 2x the price of the Dremel
Answer:	The difference in price isn't due to the 4300 being twice as good as the 4000. The difference in price is due to the fact that this particular option to purchase the 4300 includes the Universal 3 Jaw Chuck, 9 attachments, and 64 accessories. It is the most "fully-loaded" 4300 package available. It's possible to buy the 4300 for much less, without as many attachments and accessories. Personally, I think most of the attachments and accessories are pretty useful, and worth the extra expense, but if you've owned a Dremel 4000 in the past and already have some of the same attachments and accessories, you would be better off looking for an option to buy either only the 4300 by itself or the 4300 with a different collection of extras, if there's one that only includes ones you don't already own. However, the 4300 is better than the 4000, taking the add-ons out of the equation, but probably not twice as good, unless you really plan on using it all the time and pushing the thing. I just looked at the comparison between the $199.00 4300, with 9 attachments and 64 accessories, and compared it to the $119.00 4300 with 5 attachments and 40 accessories. With the $199.00 package, the attachments you get that don't come with the $119.00 package include: Flexshaft, Right Angle Attachment, Circle Cutter and Straight Edge Guide, Detailer's Grip. The Flexshaft is invaluable. I cannot overstate its usefulness. The Right Angle Attachment is either useless or absolutely critical to own, depending entirely on what applications you plan for your Dremel. I have not used the Circle Cutter and Straight Edge Guide yet, but they seem like good things to own. The Detailer's Grip comes in handy occasionally, but usually anything one would use it for can also be done with the Flexshaft. The $199 package also comes with a much nicer storage box to keep everything organized. Both packages come with the 3 Jaw Chuck, which is also an essential item to own. I bought an extra one by itself, to keep one permanently attached to my Flexshaft and another on the Dremel. As for the accessories, I'm not going to go into all the differences, because there are too many to list, and the main reason for the price difference is probably the attachments anyway. In conclusion, I would definitely not get the 4000. Either get the $199.00 4300 package or the $119.00 4300 package, depending on your needs. If you get the $199.00 package, though, buy a Flexshaft seperately. It's worth it. Any other questions, jsut ask. (Also, I forgot, the 4000 has 1.6 amps v 1.8 in the 4300, and the 4000 doesn't come with the 3 Jaw Chuck either.) For $212.00, the Forti-flex is also something to consider, if you want considerably more power with excellent control, but for most home applications, it's not necessary.
Question:	Can the rubber pads be removed to provide a 3" opening
Answer:	When you take off the rubber jaw liners and open it up until about 1 or 2 threads is engaged there an opening of just a shade under 2 7/8".
Question:	I notice a swivel ball. Can I tighten/lock it so it doesn't move at all
Answer:	Yes you can tighten so that it dies not move. You can also swivel the vise 360 degrees and tilt it vertical if needed. The soft jaws protected the material being held and the soft clamp protect the work table. I use it for all my small jobs because it is so handy. It, as a model making vise, does not replace a heavier steel or cast iron vise for big jobs.
Question:	I asked what the opening capacity (jaw opening) is for this vise. I received two answers: 2.25" and
Answer:	It only opens at max to 2.25" the company states 3" but that is the size it is across not the opening of the vise. I'm glad you asked..I went with what the listing says and feel ripped off. If you're doing small projects this is ok. But even fully open at the 2.25" it's not super secure. Your real max to hold an item tight would be about 2" cause you need to tighten it.
Question:	Can the screw be removed to access the allen drive? The top part of the vise has become very loose and I can't access the allen drive to tighten
Answer:	On the underside of the vise, by the T handle, is a Phillips screw that you need to loosen/remove, then unscrew the handle until it separates into 2 parts, tighten Allen screw and reassemble by reversing the steps.

Answer:	Sure does! That's exactly what I did. Love the crisscross concept, just not the price of the whole package from Benchcrafted. Went with another manufacture of x-link and this screw. works awesome!
Question:	Where is it made
Answer:	Pretty sure its made in china. My product has not given me any cause to think its made with inferior steel. Its a really solid screw and all the parts fit well together.
Question:	What is the diameter and thread per inch (TPI) of this screw
Answer:	Diameter is 1.165, there are 3 threads per inch.
Question:	Does the oval collar move? Say to mount it and thread it for a book press
Answer:	It rotates seperate from the threaded rod and handle grip. The space between the oval collar and the handle grip do not change. What moves is the square collar on the end when rotating.

Question:	How has this held up over several years? i have a qr almost identical to this and after 6 years it binds when opening except when using the qr
Answer:	Most likely not this is a poorly designed and made vise
Question:	Is the dog made of Iron or Plastic
Answer:	Not really, but you may just need few nuts and bolts. Do make sure the dimensions of the vise fit your drill press.
Question:	version. Without cutting out underside of the bench, what's the thickest table top this can be mounted to and still be flush with the top? Thx
Answer:	the slot is 7/16 wide by 3 1/8 long with a center to center space of 3 5/8. All dimensions are inches.
Question:	is this a copy of the eclipse quick release vice
Answer:	it's designed to be flush on a 1 1/2" thick top, for a 2" top you would have to add a 1/2" to the wood portion of the vise to bring it flush
