Answer:	I used these on flats but they are very big. So they may be ok.

Answer:	I have knocked knees and my orthopedic surgeon recommended wearing the thicker side of the insert on the inner edge of the heel, which will subtly relieve pressure on the outer side of the knee. Sadly, knocked knees is only permanentky corrected with surgery, which I am doing all I can to avoid.
Question:	If I experience supination do I wear the wedge toward the outside or on the inside of my foot
Answer:	Supination & Over-supination means you roll to the outside of your foot, therefore, the wedge would go to the outside of the heel (not the inside, as another person answered, making you roll even more to the outside). Supination shows up on the soles of shoes with wearing down of the outside of the heels as one indicator. And when walking with wet feet on concrete, supination leaves a very thin strip on the outside connecting the heel and forefoot, or no connection at all, for more extreme cases. Also, calluses and/or corns often occur on the outside portion of the ball of the foot. Hope that helps.

Answer:	I don't run long distance, but I do run. My issues are plantar fasciitis and a neuroma, and these are very helpful. I can't run without them.

Answer:	Rose with Pedag USA: Holiday is semi-rigid and helps keep feet in correct alignment. For those with moderate alignment concerns Holidya should benefit you. If you have very high arches and a great degree of over-supination you may not benefit from a semi-rigid orthotic because your foot is already too rigid in the mid-foot. The more flexible support in our item Relax may work better. Relax also has a heel cup that provides stability. Pedag makes two items for over-supinators: Correct Plus and Correct. Over-supination with or without high arches is much less common than over-pronation. Hence, there are very few over the counter items made people with these issues.
Question:	When I have a half size shoe should I size up or down
Answer:	I work for Pedag USA. Pedag recommends 1/2 sizes order the next larger whole size. This item is not trimmable because the semi-rigid footbed covers the entire 3/4 length and width except for about a 1/4 inch at the very top.

Question:	work in men's boots
Answer:	I do not see why they would not work, if the lining of the boots is leather or something similar. One answer indicated they worked in his boots. These are padded leather, and very well made. I have had them in several pairs of shoes and they nave not flattened out or come unstuck in the few months I have had them. Always use a shoe spoon.
Question:	How to use them on these thin strips, e. g. on sandals
Answer:	I work for pedag USA in customer service. I think a better item for your purpose is pedag Sling. Sling is a thin strip of self adhesive suede made for keeping thin straps in place and comfortable-4 trimmable straps to a package. You can buy these buy themselves or as part of the pedag Fit Right Kit that includes 2 packages of Sling, 2 pair of Girtl forefoot grips and 2 pair of Stop Heel grips.
Question:	Has anyone tried these with shoes W/O wearing socks? IE boat shoes, vans etc.... Thank you
Answer:	I have only worn these with pantyhose or with bare feet in heels, platforms, & flats. And I don't wear socks with them. I think wearing a sock with make them more snug. But, I have such a narrow heel in most shoes, that I can purchase my correct show size & not size down to fit. These are the best I've tried & I have tried from high-end to low-end. These also look like they are part of the construction of the shoe & not "look" like you've added something. I hope this helps.
Question:	Will these work for a super-narrow foot? My heel is even more narrow than my foot, making pumps fit like flip-flops
Answer:	I don't see why not, as long as your shoes are the proper size. I don't think there's anything that can make up for a shoe that's 1+ size too big, but I have a wide foot with a narrower than normal heel and they work for me to correct the proportional issue.

Question:	Do these inserts really work well in high heeled sandal type shoes
Answer:	I wore them in high heeled boots, about a 4inch heel. They KILL my feet, and I was hoping these inserts would help but they did not, I hobbled around despite the gel. In fact they fell apart and now my boot has gel bits inside of it. Luckily I did get a full refund so that's a plus. I would suggest for high heeled sandals, those foot petals, a lot of heel wearing women swear by them.
Question:	Does adhesive on bottom hold? Most I have purchased worked their way out as I walked and stuck out either over the toe or heel of the shoe
Answer:	Hello, yes it holds. I bought these to go inside one of my favorite pair of wedges that I had worn out inside. I put these in, covers the worn out bits, & stays put even when my feet get warm (live in TX!). I only take a size 6 & they fit fine, no overhang. The velvet finish feels really nice too!
Question:	I wear size 7 1/2. Should I get sz Small (5-7) or Medium

Question:	What is the difference between these and Pedag 121 for All Heels? Which ones do you recommend for leather boots with 3" heels
Answer:	The Pedag Gel-Velvety insoles are more for open toed shoes and sandals. They are less sturdy and more flimsy than the Pedag 121 3/4 Ultra Thin leather insoles. The adhesive on the Pedag 121 insoles is much stronger than the Pedag Gel-Velvety insoles. I would say that for three inch high heeled boots you should go with the Pedag 121 insoles because they are much more sturdy and stay in place better than the Pedag Gel-Velvety insoles. I have bought both of these insoles and think the Pedag 121 work the best for high heeled shoes.

Answer:	It is not removable, but metatarsal support is very important for foot health

Answer:	All the Pedag full length "Viva" products have the same arch and metatarsal support (with the exception of the Viva High that has a more pronounced arch support). The difference between the Summer and Winter is that the Summer is covered in terry cloth and the Winter is covered in wool.
Question:	What is the temp rating on warmth other than saying warm
Answer:	I live in MN and use these in Doc Martens for walking around in the winter. They are far better than Thinsulate or sheepskin liners. Less bulk. They have the wool fleece quilting, and a reflective warmth barrier integrated in that I liken to the omniheat design, and a great arch. I can easily do errands in below zero weather in my Docs with these and wool socks without having cold toes. Hope this helps you out with how I define "warm".

Answer:	No, sorry, not in sandals. But these will work great in any low rise low profile shoes.
Question:	Do I take my shoes insole out and put those in
Answer:	You can, but you don't have to. I put them right on top of the memory foam of my Sketchers and wear light socks. I don't have a problem with a tight fit because my feet are narrow. In my Brooks and Nike running shoes, I take out the crummy insole that is them and replace it with these. There is more cushion in these than in my Nikes plus I get the orthotic benefit for my neuroma.
Question:	I bought thses last year from Amazon for under $20. Why the hike in price
Answer:	usually the hike in price is related to greed. but if its not (unlikely) it could be related to the trade issues with labor & manufacturing, materials, shipping, ect. its possible, if this was a recent price hike, its related to China and the trade issues there. but honestly is most likely because people will still pay it.

CORRECT PLUS: Supination and pronation are normal parts of the walking and running motion cycle of the foot. However, over-supination (sometimes evident by having "bow legs", or if the foot rolls outwards), or over-pronation, can cause problems throughout the body. Correct Plus is a 3/4 length orthotic that helps correct over-supination. To tell if you over-supinate, look at the soles of your shoes. Are the soles worn on the outside more than the inside? If so, you probably over-supinate. Or you can try this: wet your foot and stand on a piece of paper. If your feet are normal, you should see a forefoot and heel mark and a connecting line that is about 1/2 the width of your foot. If you see a narrower line, or even no connecting line, then your foot over-supinates. Over-supination can contribute to developing plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, shin splints, stress fractures, and ankle, knee, and hip strains. Because over-supination is a biomechanical problem, wearing an orthotic foot bed, such as Pedag Correct or Correct Plus, can be very helpful.
