Answer:	The top is the side with the logo. But the insoles are designed to be worn with either side up. So it’s simply preference.

Answer:	Yes, these are MUCH better! My doctor told me that Dr. Scholl's are not worth the money since they do not work because they do not support the feet correctly. These insoles are wonderful. My podiatrist said they were as good as the ones he sold in his office!

Answer:	This is a great question. I have very flat feet and I have tried the $$$$ podiatrist inserts and approx 20 different types of arch support insoles. My knees have become a chronic problem. When I wear "flat foot" inserts I have noticed that my ankles still rotate inward. About two years ago, I decided to order and test five different types of "high arch" inserts. Two of the "high arch" inserts lift my ankle into a normal position and I feel much less pain in my knees. The "flat foot" inserts that I have tried have a low arch and don't align my ankles, knees, and hips properly.

Question:	How do soles stay in place with sandals
Answer:	If you will cut along the dotted line on the Tan side of the insole to the hole, it will allow you to slip the insole into the toe strap on your sandal to hold it in at the front. You may wear the Tan or Black up to mask the Insoles in your footwear. As a Pro Tip, use Glue Cots, Zotz or Velcro dots to also hold the area at the heal down. Answer:	The description states the whole seeds are shelf stable for 4 years but once ground you can keep them in the fridge up to 7 days. Ground flax oxidizes rapidly that is why it needs to be refrigerated and has a shorter freshness time.
Question:	Can you put on top of another insole
Answer:	Certified organic uses no articficial chemicals in growing a product and is held accountable to do this. When I received this product and opened it up, it had a horrible chemical smell. I would never buy this product again.
