How to use

Step 1: The insoles that came in your shoes are probably removable - take them out first.

Step 2: Place your plantar fasciitis orthotics into shoe, fabric side up, to test for size. If needed, trim the orthotic along the outline (on bottom of orthotic near the toes) that matches your shoe size.

Step 3: Ensure that your orthotic lays flat against bottom of your shoe, especially in the toe area. If it doesn't fit without bunching, continue to trim as needed.

Answer:	You can cut them down if they are too large. Men who wear size 10 can cut them down from size 13 to size 10. I don't know about the women's sizes. But again you can cut them down to fit your shoe.

Answer:	Yes, they should. The insoles can be trimmed along the appropriate line (located on the bottom of each insole) to fit your shoe. I recommend trimming it one line at a time as I accidentally trimmed my first pair too much.

Answer:	I have mine in a pair of Nike running shoes and Sketchers Memory Foam shoes. Works fine in both pairs with the shoes inserts inside with the Dr. Scholl's insert.

Answer:	You wish you were taller, you wish you were a baller.
Question:	The 9-9.5 size is a tiny bit big for my size 9 shoes. Is it okay to cut the insole? If so, where's the best place to cut
Answer:	The pack comes with 1 left and 1 right a set
Question:	How does one orthotic be a “one size” fit all shouldn’t be more specific? One for high arch, one for flat feet etc
Answer:	I found it best to remove the original shoe insert, especially if you have already worn the shoes because by now the original insert has worn down some anyway.

Answer:	The ones that are targeted for lower back have much better heal support than this one. The lower back pain mainly have heal support. There are quite a few Dr. Scholls insoles that do both well. (Running, Extra Support, and Tri-Comfort). All three are pretty similar, the Running one has more cushioning in the heel, but you'd only notice it running/jumping, even more than the lower back specific one. Tri-comfort does everything realy well, can be found for under $7 but lasts 8 weeks. (Tri-comfort=good to try).

Answer:	Yes, these are MUCH better! My doctor told me that Dr. Scholl's are not worth the money since they do not work because they do not support the feet correctly. These insoles are wonderful. My podiatrist said they were as good as the ones he sold in his office!

Answer:	This is a great question. I have very flat feet and I have tried the $$$$ podiatrist inserts and approx 20 different types of arch support insoles. My knees have become a chronic problem. When I wear "flat foot" inserts I have noticed that my ankles still rotate inward. About two years ago, I decided to order and test five different types of "high arch" inserts. Two of the "high arch" inserts lift my ankle into a normal position and I feel much less pain in my knees. The "flat foot" inserts that I have tried have a low arch and don't align my ankles, knees, and hips properly.
Question:	The sizing doesn't make sense to me. mens size 13 are way larger than womens size 10, so why arent these marked to fit larger womes sizes
Answer:	I have tride alot of inserts, even one's that cost 400.00+ and for some reason I like these. it might just be me but for the price it's worth a try, at lease for me it was. so for me yes all day support.

Ensure inside of shoe is clean and dry before using gel insoles. Remove plastic backing and look for marking to indicate which ultra thin insole is for the left (L) shoe versus the right (R). Place each Amope GelActiv insole into the appropriate shoe, sticky side down, so that the raised area of the insole makes direct contact with the arch of your foot. Reposition as needed so that the arch support fits under the natural arch of the foot.
