Hanky Swab – Use the hanky swab after every playing session. After playing, disassemble the flute and drop the weighted cord through the main body. Pull swab through to remove moisture and dirt particles from the bore. Clean the foot joint in the same manner to prevent corrosion of the inside of the instrument and to keep the pads clean and free from moisture.

Coil Swab – Use after each playing session to clean the inside of the head joint. Push one end of swab into the head joint and turn back and forth to remove particles and moisture.

Cork Grease – Use small amount of cork grease on joints to help ease assembly of your flute. Wipe off excess.

Polishing Cloth – Use after each playing session on outside of your instrument to remove particles and fingerprints.

Key brush – Use the soft end of the key brush once a week to remove dust or lint that accumulate around post and springs and under key rods. Use the pipe cleaner end on hard to reach areas.

Answer:	This flute is made from junk metal, cannot be repaired, isn’t in tune, cannot be sold if your kid stops playing and has closed holes. A $1000 flute is a professional instrument.

Answer:	This Glory Flute is amazing for the price. Better than many double or triple the price. Nice mellow sounds. The flute is all metal and very polished.

Answer:	There is a WORLD of difference between these flutes and even the entry level Armstrong, starting with durability but extending to tone, embouchure, key action, pads, springs, and serviceability - just to START. The ONLY time spending money on one of these is "worth it" is if there are no other options, in my opinion. Who am I to say so? I have played flute(s) for 46 years in marching bands; concert bands; orchestras; as a soloist & in ensembles; for festivals, weddings, and other events. I was chosen for a prestigious youth symphony, a nationally known marching band, and hired by a pro symphony orchestra at age 20. I have played Artley, Bundy, De Ford, Emerson, Selmer, Armstrong, Gemeinhardt, Pearl, Azumi, Yamaha, Muramatsu, Powell and Haynes flutes, in addition to nearly all of the recent Chinese imported brands like Sky, Glory, Mendini, etc. I have also played Artley, Armstrong, Gemeinhardt, Jupiter, and Yamaha piccolos (and tried the imports, too). I've taught flute lessons for over 30 years, and I've worked with flute techs, ad by myself, on almost every instrument brand over the last decade. The BIGGEST PROBLEM with cheap,imported flutes is that that are not fixable. Many techs will not work on them. The metal is soft/poor quality. They bend easily and the springs, keys and tome holes do not last. The companies do not stand behind them. (Try returning one for warranty work.) You MIGHT have time to learn the fingering for notes before your flute expires, or if you are exceptional, your instrument may last longer. You are, in my EXPERT opinion, far better off to spend a bit more and get even a USED Armstrong, Gemeinhardt, Yamaha, Emerson, Artley, etc. than to buy one of these. Silver, even plate, sounds MUCH different than "cupronickel metal" colored silver (or something else). A beginner won't hear it. A musician will.

Answer:	I got this for a 2001 Ford E350 because I thought it was the next size up to re-thread it for a blown plug, but it just re-threads the thread you already have If you have cross threaded a plug I guess. The only problem I had was the nut on the tap was too big to fit in the spark plug hole, weird?! but ground it down with a grinder until it fitted in the socket. re-cut the thread, then you put the new thread insert, supplied with the kit on the plug as stated on the instructions and touch wood, all is AOK so far after a few thousand miles...............Not even sure if any off that helped, but good luck.

Answer:	That's common with flutes bought off the internet. If you can I would return the flute and get your money back, and if you want to then try buying another flute or a different one. The flute I bought wouldn't play anything lower than a D. I brought it to a local music store and they said they could fix it, but it would stay, and they were right it did not stay fixed. All in all, I would return it and find a different one to spend money on.
