Answer:	These are my favorite shoes. I work twelve hours shifts on my feet and never experience pain from my feel spurs while wearing these. I hope this helps!
Question:	I use the samurai insoles ( the red ones) and I love the Them! How do the newer ones differ from the older ones
Answer:	If I am reading the shoe conversion chart correctly 26.5cm = 10.43", which is a size 9 1/2 in men's. As for the width, 11cm = 4.33" which is just a bit wider than a "Wide width, or an "E" width, which is 4 1/8". Maybe see if you can get it in a "EE" width. The shoe is very flexible though, very comfortable. I hope you can get a pair that work for you, you won't regret it.
Question:	Do they have to go underneath the shoe insole? I have shoes that do not gave removable insoles
Answer:	These shoes are NOT good for neutral runners. However, they are fantastic for overpronators. Asics Cumulus are great shoes for neutral runners.

Question:	The 9-9.5 size is a tiny bit big for my size 9 shoes. Is it okay to cut the insole? If so, where's the best place to cut
Answer:	This is a great question. I have very flat feet and I have tried the $$$$ podiatrist inserts and approx 20 different types of arch support insoles. My knees have become a chronic problem. When I wear "flat foot" inserts I have noticed that my ankles still rotate inward. About two years ago, I decided to order and test five different types of "high arch" inserts. Two of the "high arch" inserts lift my ankle into a normal position and I feel much less pain in my knees. The "flat foot" inserts that I have tried have a low arch and don't align my ankles, knees, and hips properly.
Question:	How does one orthotic be a “one size” fit all shouldn’t be more specific? One for high arch, one for flat feet etc

Answer:	I imagine it depends on the shoes. I've tried to use them with the original insoles still in the shoes, but it's too tight. When u take our the original insole, it fits well. These insoles really helped me. I've been using them for a long time.

Answer:	I wear a regular size normally but sometimes shoes fit a bit to snug. I saw the wife fit on these so I went with it and they were to wide. Exchanged for a normal and they fit great.

Answer:	Yes, it slips on pretty easily, I don't need a shoe horn with this shoe. The pull tab isn't very big but mine fit loosely enough that I can pretty much just slide into them without having to use the pull tab, I just pull the entire back part of the shoe back a little and slide foot in.

Answer:	You can cut them down if they are too large. Men who wear size 10 can cut them down from size 13 to size 10. I don't know about the women's sizes. But again you can cut them down to fit your shoe.

Step 1: The insoles that came in your shoes are probably removable - take them out first.

Step 2: Place your plantar fasciitis orthotics into shoe, fabric side up, to test for size. If needed, trim the orthotic along the outline (on bottom of orthotic near the toes) that matches your shoe size.

Step 3: Ensure that your orthotic lays flat against bottom of your shoe, especially in the toe area. If it doesn't fit without bunching, continue to trim as needed.

Replace insoles every six months or at the first signs of wear.

Answer:	Most leather coved steering wheels (if real leather) have a top coat of Acrylic Resolene sealer - your car manual will state clean your steering wheel with just plain water. When leather has an acrylic top coat, Neatsfoot Oil can not be absorbed unless you remove the acrylic sealer first. If your steering wheel shows signs of wear (wore through acrylic sealer) remove all sealer and apply Neatsfoot Oil. No signs of wear - clean with water.
Question:	The sizing is confusing though, is a 7 m us a women's size 7? also, i have lost most of the cartilage in my right big toe so it aches. will these he
Answer:	Neatsfoot oil is for softening leather. It's used on baseball gloves, shoes, saddles, etc. I personally have used it on leather shoes to soften them. I would assume it could be used on your piece of buffalo hide.
Question:	The description says it has metatarsal pad but photos look flat where support would go. Is it just a less flexy foam in that location
Answer:	No. It is purely meant as a preservative to keep leather flexible and pliable and as a wood finish since it is a type of oil. It will just stain canvas more.

Answer:	Yes, if you are talking about old dried leather. No, if it's a new leash which may be coated with a protective coat. Leather with protective coating will not absorb Neatsfoot Oil. Example: I recently bought a new gun belt online. When received, it was way to shiny (coated) and did not match my holster. I used acetone and fine steel wool to remove the coating, then applyed Neatsfoot Oil.
