Answer:	It may be for a few people but most people taking this or anything like this needs to take maintenance dosages after initial everyday 3 mos dosages. Unfortunately, I had to stop due to complications of the natural estrogen in this product. I appear to be estrogen sensitive, most likely because I already have enough estrogen in my body, even though I have small breast. Estrogen dominance is not healthy so I had to stop taking the product before I even finished the bottle. Some women need estrogen to grow breast, others need progesterone, but one thing for sure, we need a balance of both to be healthy. There is no one size breast for women, we come in all sizes, and shapes and small breast are as natural for women as large breast.
