Question:	Are these made of real wool or imitation wool? The description has it both ways
Answer:	Yes it would darken tan-colored leather shoes, but, it will not darken the shoes to the degree that mink oil or another oil-heavy conditioner would. After the initial application, the leather will be darker, but, it will lighten somewhat within a few hours (unlike oil-heavy products). A lot of the potential darkening also may depend on the leather (whether or not it is full-grain leather, has a waxed surface, is plastic-coated corrected-grain leather, etc.). However, if you're really worried about darkening the leather and you choose to use this product, it may be better to lightly apply the lotion with a cloth and wipe it off within a minute.
Question:	Are these machine washable
Answer:	Hi Aileen, Kiwi leather lotion is great for cleaning and protecting anything made of "Genuine leather" as well as "imitation leather" as long as it is the smooth or "finished" surface type such as shoes or a purse. It's not recommended for any rough surface or suede type leather though. Hope this helps!

Answer:	I'm not sure what is meant by "extra wide toe box shoes". The Product Dimensions: 11.8 x 3.9 x 0.2 inches. I used them in slippers when the inner sole wore out. I can tell you these are very comfortable but I think they are not meant for the square toe style shoe.

Answer:	This is a great question. I have very flat feet and I have tried the $$$$ podiatrist inserts and approx 20 different types of arch support insoles. My knees have become a chronic problem. When I wear "flat foot" inserts I have noticed that my ankles still rotate inward. About two years ago, I decided to order and test five different types of "high arch" inserts. Two of the "high arch" inserts lift my ankle into a normal position and I feel much less pain in my knees. The "flat foot" inserts that I have tried have a low arch and don't align my ankles, knees, and hips properly.
Question:	The sizing doesn't make sense to me. mens size 13 are way larger than womens size 10, so why arent these marked to fit larger womes sizes

Answer:	The Membrasin Intimate Moisture Cream is for external use. The triple emulsion formula with SBA24® strengthens and protects the mucosa and skin of the intimate area. Answer:	A men's 6-6.5 would be a women'a 8-8.5, so I would just use the women's insole.

Answer:	Dunno about Converse, but they are low profile enough to fit into my Asics shoes without even removing the old original insole. I love them.

Answer:	I think it would depend on how tight the boots are, if you're also wearing thick socks, etc., but they should fit yes.

Answer:	HikePro insoles are stiffer than the RUNPRO this insole will give good support for harder soled boots and trail shoes.
Question:	Can this be cut to fit kids size 3 shoes
Answer:	They are pretty thin. They are Zero Drop and were recommended to me by Altra. I like them a lot.
Question:	are these good for running
Answer:	I use them in Altra Lone Peak 4.0 trail runners because they preserve the Zero Drop feature. This insole was recommended to me by Altra. I don't wear them every day, but probably have several hundred miles on them. I think they are great and would buy them again.
