Answer:	it's meant to be swapped out for an existing insole, so if there's no insole to remove from your dress shoes...I'd say no. The cushion will likely make the shoes too tight.

Answer:	I removed the original insoles out and replace these insoles. But also it depends if your shoes is bigger then I think you can leave the original insoles in..

Answer:	I did like the inner soles very much, found them very comfortable.
