Answer:	They are slim and easy to trim. I actually wear two insoles and this one is comfortable and easy to insert in shoe.

Answer:	I had to return this remote because the up channel button didn't work. They quickly sent me another, but it had the same problem. So, I would at least look for one that is "Panasonic", and not a knock off. As for it working for your TV, look on the back of your remote, and get the number off of it and make sure you select that model number when purchasing the remote. If you get the right one, it is already programmed. Put batteries in and it works immediately. I think we bought our Panasonic TV in 2010, and we have bought our second Panasonic remote for it, making sure the model number is correct. No problems. Hope that helps.
