CORRECT PLUS: Supination and pronation are normal parts of the walking and running motion cycle of the foot. However, over-supination (sometimes evident by having "bow legs", or if the foot rolls outwards), or over-pronation, can cause problems throughout the body. Correct Plus is a 3/4 length orthotic that helps correct over-supination. To tell if you over-supinate, look at the soles of your shoes. Are the soles worn on the outside more than the inside? If so, you probably over-supinate. Or you can try this: wet your foot and stand on a piece of paper. If you see a narrower line, or even no connecting line, then your foot over-supinates. If they didn't you would definitely get blisters from a too-tight fit! These footbed boot inserts only provide cushion and comfort for the bottom of your feet. I am a large man and wear size 12-Wide shoes and boots. I have never had to use a boot puller or boot-remover since my feet easily slip into and out of the boots. (Or you can try thicker socks.)

Answer:	If you set them on the floor in front of you with the heel to the back, you should see that on each insole one side is higher than the other. The high sides should be next to each other, so that on the right foot the high side is to the inside (arch side)of your foot.

Answer:	I wear size 12 and ordered the correct corresponding size, in some shoes I would trim if needed, I trimmed them to match the original insole that came with the shoes/boots

Answer:	Yes, these are what the customer service person I spoke with recommended for the Georgia Romeo's. They go on top of the permanent insole. For me, they made they shoe to tight to wear. I could not use them with my boots.
