Answer:	This goes under your shoe's insole and it is rigid, so there is no breaking it in. I had no problem adapting to wearing it right away, and kept it on all day. But in the cold, I found I couldn't wear it because my whole foot got a lot colder. I resorted to stiffer boots to keep my foot from bending.

Question:	Will these work with salomon xa pro 3d trail runners? the green superfeet have too much arch for these shoes
Answer:	No hockey skates
Question:	I was told I have high arches and given the orange inserts. I was looking into these for rucking and hiking would they be similar arch support wise
Answer:	I'd say no - I use these in my soccer shoes due to low volume, but use superfeer black in most of my other shoes. Carbon does a good job of improving support over what comes with shoe, but Black seems a little more supportive as its 'beefier', but fits great in my athletic & dress shoes.
Question:	How close of a fit are the trailblazers? I ask because my feet are 9.5 right and 11.5 left which means buying 2 pairs if I go by the chart
Answer:	These are great for flat feet. They were recommended to me by my PT as part of the corrective regiment for my jumpers knee. They definitely are more rigid with the carbon insert. They will prevent your arches from flattening when your feet are fatigued and compromise the arch. They provide solid support.
