Answer:	I wear a size 10 so I can’t answer your question. I can suggest that if you have a shoe that you can remove the liner inside and use it for a guide to cut them down to size. They are well worth the work.

Answer:	Although our Performance Running Insole was not tested with persons with sesamoiditis, our Performance Running Insole has a well cushioned forefoot region which was specifically designed to withstand the added forces to the foot during push off in running and exercise, which should help ease the forces placed on your sesamoid bone as you heal. Answer:	In my opinion, yes. With cut to fit insoles the size range is so large that the most important aspects of the insole (arch size, arch placement, heel cushion) are all 1 size fits all. With these being sized to your foot, all of the components of the insole will fit and work that much better for you. It's a custom fit vs one size fits all comparison.

Answer:	I have not tried in a size 3 but look into the 3/4 length ones not full length. I have a pair and use them in dress shoes because it stops short of the ball of the foot/toes.
Question:	would the high profile support work best for a runner with high arches
Answer:	These should be worn all the time, but yes, please don't go dancing without them. Just be aware, you may need to allow your feet to get used to them. Your feet may have gone a little flat (as most people's do), and you should wear them a few hours at a time at first, for the first couple weeks, bring your old insoles with you, so the arch in your foot can become strong again, they will be sore at first. It's completely worth it though. I even have a pair in my house shoes.

Answer:	there is no 'level 4' on the box that i had just received and in the past it was indeed an orange box but now it is not. the only way i could tell if it was level 4 was to compare it to the level 3's i have that i have not used yet and are still in the original packaging and these are definitely thicker. not sure why they changed the packaging but it makes it more confusing.

Answer:	I don’t believe cushioning is the difference. I believe that it is just the arch. Max has a higher arch. I’ve never purchased for Max but I remember the sales person at the store saying that.
