Answer:	I have a very narrow size 10 1/2 shoe. As for length they fit my shoes with a little trimming. I can't speak for width E.

Answer:	I think it will depend on your feet issues. I have these as well as more expensive ones from podiatrist. The ones from podiatrist are very hard plastic with no give at all. I have placed those under the memory foam insert of my running shoe for comfort. These "Shoe Inserts by Envelop have not as much arch and are softer, so a little less support, but comfortable. I will jog with these ones when I just go a couple of miles. I have a heel spur that is 85% less noticeable than when I was first diagnosed with it. I actually have 3 sets of these and the ones from the podiatrist. I use the ones from the podiatrist when I plan on being on my feet a long time or pounding the pavement for 3 miles or more. These are in my everyday shoes.

Answer:	I cannot help on this question. My shoe size and shape is entirely different than the questioner. Giving my size shoe and the numerical indicator on the shoe insert are not the same. That question needs to be answered by the seller or supplier. That was a big problem that I had also...the numbers on the item does not correspond to a particular shoe size.

Answer:	They wear like iron and are very comfortable. I have yet to replace one and use them every day. You probably know that you can adjust the height by peeling off the layers starting at the bottom.
