Answer:	You can cut them down if they are too large. Men who wear size 10 can cut them down from size 13 to size 10. I don't know about the women's sizes. But again you can cut them down to fit your shoe.

How to use

Step 1: The insoles that came in your shoes are probably removable - take them out first.

Step 2: Place your plantar fasciitis orthotics into shoe, fabric side up, to test for size. If needed, trim the orthotic along the outline (on bottom of orthotic near the toes) that matches your shoe size.

Step 3: Ensure that your orthotic lays flat against bottom of your shoe, especially in the toe area. If it doesn't fit without bunching, continue to trim as needed.

Replace insoles every six months or at the first signs of wear.

Question:	i have fat calves, do i need to go a size larger
Answer:	There is a band that sits directly above the ankle. If you have fat ankles with those calves that band can be excruciatingly tight. I have to return mine because of that band. I like you am a little wary to order larger, that band may still be too tight regardless of the foot size.

Answer:	No, it does not fold. Just get the single foot version instead. You can't really roll both feet at the same time on the double foot version because it is flat (instead of curved like feet are). Therefore, the double version is only really useful as a single version because you can only roll one foot at a time.
