Answer:	According to the ‘about the product’ section, they can be worn in most shoe styles and are guaranteed for 60 days unconditionally. They elevate about 1/2 “

Answer:	Really can’t give you an answer about their viability for dress shoes. But since they are only $10 probably worth a try.
Question:	What are dimensions? How thick and how wide
Answer:	3" wide x 1/4" thick. This may be a little unclear, though. The width is accurate but the thickness is harder to define. The actual thick cushion part is 1/4" thick. However the insert forms something like a cup to cradle the foot. It's higher on the sides. Obviously it tapers down in thickness towards the arch. Hope this helps. I wear a size 11.5 shoe and am about 205 lbs. I have the beginning of heel spurs in my right foot and I can tell you that these inserts have made pain management dramatically better. I can't speak to their longevity, but when they do finally wear out I will be getting another pair. Oh, yeah, I wear one in my left foot too. I don't really need it for pain, but it seemed good to keep the body balanced. No need to create more problems.

Answer:	I haven’t tried Dr. Scholls so all I can tell you is that these worked amazingly for me! Long story short: my foot hurt when I walked (thought I had plantar fasciitis, but ortho thought I had a bruised heel. In ONE day, my heel didn’t hurt walking in shoes with these. Before that, my heel would hurt after awhile even in good tennis shoes.
Question:	Is the product pair Left/Right oriented or can you wear on either foot comfortably
Answer:	Yes. Definitely they can be worn more than once. I wore them for a few months before considering replacing them. Depends on whether you wear them all day long and everyday. I hand washed mine in cool water with mild soap to get rid of lint and accumulated grim from inside shoes. Answer:	They are about 2 1/4". They are soft and flexible so they should fit in any size shoe. I don't think they should be trimmed though. The problem I have is that they don't stay in place in most of my shoes. ( I wear an 8 1/2.) Maybe they will fit more snug in a smaller shoe.

Answer:	Yes, these are MUCH better! My doctor told me that Dr. Scholl's are not worth the money since they do not work because they do not support the feet correctly. These insoles are wonderful. My podiatrist said they were as good as the ones he sold in his office!

Answer:	This is a great question. I have very flat feet and I have tried the $$$$ podiatrist inserts and approx 20 different types of arch support insoles. My knees have become a chronic problem. When I wear "flat foot" inserts I have noticed that my ankles still rotate inward. About two years ago, I decided to order and test five different types of "high arch" inserts. Two of the "high arch" inserts lift my ankle into a normal position and I feel much less pain in my knees. The "flat foot" inserts that I have tried have a low arch and don't align my ankles, knees, and hips properly.

Step 1: The insoles that came in your shoes are probably removable - take them out first.

Answer:	This insert functions to increase comfort at the heels but does not increase height. The thickness at the heel is about 3/8"; because they are made of gel which will compress under weight, the inserts will not increase height.

Answer:	Hi, we used the heel cups to deal with Sever's as well. The back is about a 1/2 inch thick. But, it's very pliable. I would think it is very easy to fit in ballet shoes.
