Answer:	It was a bust. It didn’t work at all. It was cheap so I didn’t bother to return it, but don’t waste your money.

Answer:	Scratches are pieces of the paint removed, and the metal underneath it damaged. So, no, nothing except sanding the scratch out of the metal and repainting is actually going to remove a scratch. Miniscule surface scratches in the top coat only (called "swirls") can be kept filled in regularly and made to look like they're removed, or buffed out of the top coat with a buffer and some compound, but the bottom line is, nothing is actually going to "remove" scratches. It just minimizes their appearance for awhile. And you wash your car FIRST, not after you put this on!

• Always use both hands to hold and guide the drill, keeping the pad flat on the paint.
• Always keep the pad and drill moving. Allowing the pad to remain in one place can overheat the paint and cause damage.
• Apply a small amount of ScratchX 2.0 to the pad in an X pattern.
• Place the pad flat on the scratch. Use medium speed and make 4-6 overlapping passes. Repeat as needed until the defect is not noticeable.
• Remove excess ScratchX 2.0 from the pad by pressing the pad into a clean, damp towel several times. Then, polish the affected area with 4-6 overlapping passes.
• Remove remaining residue with the microfiber towel.
• Be sure to follow with a wax like Meguiar’s Ultimate Quik Wax or Meguiar’s Ultimate Liquid Wax to put protection back on the paint.

Answer:	These definitely work for shoes which are missing their plastic tips. The tips can also securely slide over plastic tips that are still attached but worn down.

Answer:	To determine cap size, use a ruler to measure the length and width of your heel stem (area right above the rubber heel tip). If your heel tip is horseshoe shaped, measure 1) the flat edge and 2) the flat edge to the top of the round edge. These measurements should fit within the size range below. Remember to measure in millimeters (mm). Because shoes may fall in between sizes, we offer packs that include 2 pairs so you can try both sizes.
