Question:	Would these help hammer toes
Answer:	The only way I know would be to wrap a tape measure around the larger part of your toe - one used for sewing might be best - then take that number and divide it by 3.14 to see how close to .5 you get. So if your measurement is 1.5 inches you would enter 1.5 divided by 3.14 which is .477. Since that is less than .5 (1/2 an inch) you would order a small. Another example: if your measurement is 2.5 then divide by 3.14 which gives you .8 which would be large. The small says it is 1/2 inch in diameter . . . it was way too small for my toe. I am a lady who wears a 8.5 medium shoe. Good luck.

Answer:	I would be afraid they would fall off if you are wearing flip flops. I use these at night to separate my one hammer toe from the others. For sandals, I buy moleskin, cut a piece, and stick it between the toes to stop the friction. I had a toe separator pop off my toe once, and I tripped over it. That's when I changed to sticky moleskin. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes, they provide a good buffer between the toes and the shoe. This, I think depends on how bad your condition is though. I would also be careful using this product if you have diabetes.

At my age - 76 - that is not an option. I use Zen Toes for pain management so I can walk. Not walking and no exercise will take me to another stroke. My efforts include cutting the three toes down to 2 one toes with bottom intact. Also I used one of the sets by cutting two of the top circles off and wrapping my little toe with them. I use the 1 circle connected to the bottom on the toe next to the little toe and the bottom part lifts all the smaller toes for relief. You can see this is a work in progress. I thank God daily for the genius who came up with Zen Toes!
Question:	I am a petite woman and wear 5 or 6 women shoes. Would it be too big
Answer:	Yes they will still work well with flaps. Bc they are not connected to the big toe at all. They will be visible but comfy.
Question:	Are these only for women or men too
Answer:	I don’t wear this type with my shoes. I wear them all day with slide slippers. You may need to get new pairs of shoes that have more room to fit it in or get the soft pliable type from ZenToes.
Question:	Are they two in a pack
Answer:	They are definitely not a one time & throw away item. I prefer this brand because I can re-use them many, many times before they start to break down.
