Answer:	This can be used on both Finger nails and Toenails.
Question:	Is the idea of the plastic insert in the bottle top to insert the brush there
Answer:	I would think so. However, I used individual Q-tips to apply the product to my nails. A brush that is reintroduced to the bottle over and over could possibly contaminate the product and spread the fungus to other nails that are not yet infected. That is why I did not use the brush at all.
