Answer:	I use this as a general foot cream. Used alone it probably wouldn't do much for toenail fungus. There are drops and washes you'll need.

Answer:	My feet don't itch, my issue is more of a toe nail fungus, so I can't say much about the itching or peeling; but I can say I have one of two toes with fungus all cleared up since I started using this product. Even if I did not have the nail issue, I will continue to use this foot cream because it smells great; it absorbs quickly without leaving a yucky oily feel. I just love it.
