Answer:	The battery door is the most frustrating item on this camera, you must push the release switch and slide the door out away from the camera body until you can pivot it up. It takes both hands to perform this seemingly modest task but there almost nothing to grip on the sides of the door while using your fingernail to push the release button. I was tempted to glue a bump of plastic on the door to have something to push against, but I've found that after a few times, it does release a bit easier than when it was brand new. The price you pay for a water tight seal I guess, good luck, don't throw it just yet!

Answer:	Well, what I did was fill the tank up with cold water and ice cubes, put the ice box in the cold ice water. Then make sure the speed is up to 3, make sure to click the cold air button. And also make sure that all your windows and doors are shut so the cool air doesn't escape or mix with warm air. And within 2 to 3 hours of using the cooler, the room pretty much cools down.

Answer:	The clear drawer in the bottom pulls out from the back freeze the ice packs after you fill them with water put 2 on the drawer and add water to the fill level.

Answer:	Yes it has pump - I have mine in basement on floor - It sets about 4’ out from wall - the tubing runs on floor to the 4’ back to wall then along wall about 6’ - then straight up vertical about 3’ and into a utility sink to drain. I have the settings to keep area at 45% humidity - when it gets above settings it kicks on and runs - pumps water to drain - and shuts off when it reaches set point. Been running flawlessly for last 5 months - love it so much better than the run and dump I had previously

Answer:	For continuous, a standard garden hose can be used. Just cut the length you want. For the pump, they give you a 16 ft. tubing that must be used. It is small, maybe 1/4 inch in diameter that just plugs into the back and starts the pump working.
