Answer:	Maybe its just my perception ("all in my head" to quote someone who has no clue), but I feel no difference between the two products. I get mine at Walmart and it just depends what's on the shelf and the price. Sometimes the Magnilife DB is $13.99, a dollar cheaper than the Magnalife "regular" cream. I have restless feet and legs, along with pain in my feet and toes - usually only at night (of course). I find that the cream helps alleviate that pain and leads to a more restful sleep.
