Answer:	Okay, it is a bit confusing. The different numbers refer to the number of times the original ingredients have been diluted, so 30c has been diluted many less times than the 200. However, for some reason in homeopathic medicine, they refer to the most diluted formulas as high potency and the least diluted as low potency. So the lower numbers actually have more of the ingredients in it.

Answer:	The bottom of the container (has ridges molded) is twistable. You twist this round end, holding that end downside. The pellets are dispensed into the end piece, which is removable (there may be a piece of tape holding it shut which you can remove). Keep twisting until you see about 4-5 pellets in the end piece. Then carefully remove the end piece and put the pellets into your mouth to dissolve (do not chew them). Refrain from touching the pellets as you take them and avoid having any mint-flavored candies or food prior to taking them - somehow the mint diminishes the effectiveness of the arnica. Long answer: the ingredients on the label and company website are Acetaminophen 160 mg, benzoic acid, carboxymethylcellulose, glycerin, natural berry flavor, microcrystalline cellulose, sucrose, sodium benzoate, water, and xantham gum. It's probably the cleanest kid's fever reducer on the market in terms of ingredients and lack of dyes/artificial flavors and sugar. Answer:	In my freezer they stay malleable. They stay cold for about a 20 minute application. Then I re-freeze. I have about 6 gel packs I keep in rotation. A Nordic Ice pack (used to ship refrigerated drugs) is rock solid and stays hard about 5 hours. It fits in the larger sleeve and I used that at night. The sleeves are fantastic for strapping around the knee. Two strung together can strap around the torso (following breast surgery). This is a handy product.

However, if you notice the appearance of the medicine has changed, you should replace it. Answer:	This one with the red cap and no 's' or 't' in the name is the real deal. I just checked the ingredients with an old 'red cap' tube I have kept. I've been using the Traumeel 's' since this one became unavailable in the US. Traumeel 's' is very close, but the red capped one has different ingredients, and works the best. I often feel relief before I finish rubbing it in! Really. I've been using it for years. I kept the last bit of the original tube that I had, using it only when Traumeel 's' couldn't quite take care of the pain. I'm so happy that I can get it again, although the price has gone up by over $10!

Answer:	According to the write-up it is 1X. This means placing Arnica in distilled water and shaking vigorously. This called Succusion. It is a Homeopath's word for # times the product has been shaken. Each time it gets stronger. 1X was Succused 1X, (it has more of the plant's physical properties) although it is weaker than say Arnica 100X. Confusing, yeah? I'm a Naturopathic Physician and homeopath. Homeopathy works very well. My wife uses this product.It has helped her tremendously. Good Product.

I did purchase an additional skin contact pad but haven't used it. Great product!

Answer:	It connects one at a time. But I buy what's called discount tens - there are 20 small ones. I click one to each plug. These pads last very long. Just search for tiny tens pads. I wish I was able to leave a screenshot so you can see exactly what to get

But the pad will lose its adherents to the skin after several issues so bought more pads And I use an ace bandage to hold it in place on my knees You can increase or decrease the intensity based on what you can tolerate. I usually use the 5th channels and I’ll leave it on for around an hour I bought mine from my doctor (who recommended it). Then bought 2 for my daughters off amazon My doctor recommended not placing it over a bone
