Regular is if you're an average bleeder that changes them every 4 hours or so. They work well but I had to try 2 different sizes and pick a preference. I'm a heavy bleeder but felt awkward because they were longer than regular but it prevented awkward moments. I like this brand for comfort and odor protection better than ALL others.

Answer:	I happen to have "Ultimate long length" and "Maximum" on hand, and the Ultimate long length is 31/2 inches longer and about 3/4 inch wider than the Maximum. Answer:	The length is 12”. width in front is 3”, in the middle 2 1/2”, in the back 2”. Super thin. I was disappointed with these. Not as absorbing as the commercial suggests. Good luck!
