Will they fit a 3 year old

I got got my Mariner 4 back in 2012. I used an Electric motor on it for years but decided to upgrade to a 3 HP gas engine this year so I needed to get it registered. Answer:	It's a pretty tight squeeze and I'm about 170, 5'3". I'd say no. An inflatable kayak isn't as stable as a hardshell fiberglass frame either.
