Please note though that when your blood perfusion level is low or when your hands are cold, the device may need more time to optimize and register an accurate reading. In this instance, we suggest that you warm your hands and fingers before taking the measurements. You can do this simply by rubbing your hands together. Remember your pulse oximeter is measuring your SpO2 and PR based on your blood flow. If the blood flow in your finger drops below a certain level, the pulse oximeter will not be able to function. Answer:	Yes I have and the heart rate is very close. I have several of these and COPD and this ones heart rate at least the one that I have is very good. On the cell phone app which is called Oximeter the oxygen sensor is way off like 5 points high which is critical and I was told that the cell phone oximeter was more designed for sports than for actual health problems! as an example a five point spread could cause major organ damage do to low oxygen!

Answer:	There is a set way to process soybeans to milk with this machine. The end result is this: with a full cup of soaked soybeans put in the machine and covered with the correct amount of hot water (the machine is marked inside to show you the exact amount), you end up with about 1000ml of soy milk. This is approximately 4.5 cups. I do this process three times: the machine comes with a tiny measuring cup for dry beans. I scoop three of these into a bowl of hot water and thoroughly rinse until they aren't foamy, cover with fresh water and soak beans for 10-12 hours, rinse them and remove most of the shells. Scoop a full cup (one cup measuring cup - not the little one that comes with the machine!) of soaked beans into the machine, cover with hot water and start it up. It takes about 20-30 mins to complete. The milk is poured through the provided strainer into the provided pitcher to separate the okara from the milk. Three of these rounds gives me almost 3 quarts of milk. This stays good for about a week.
