Answer:	There is a set way to process soybeans to milk with this machine. The end result is this: with a full cup of soaked soybeans put in the machine and covered with the correct amount of hot water (the machine is marked inside to show you the exact amount), you end up with about 1000ml of soy milk. This is approximately 4.5 cups. I do this process three times: the machine comes with a tiny measuring cup for dry beans. I scoop three of these into a bowl of hot water and thoroughly rinse until they aren't foamy, cover with fresh water and soak beans for 10-12 hours, rinse them and remove most of the shells. Scoop a full cup (one cup measuring cup - not the little one that comes with the machine!) of soaked beans into the machine, cover with hot water and start it up. It takes about 20-30 mins to complete. The milk is poured through the provided strainer into the provided pitcher to separate the okara from the milk. Three of these rounds gives me almost 3 quarts of milk. This stays good for about a week. No matter which combination of nuts/beans you use, the end result is the same: 1 cup soaked gives you about 4.5 cups final.

Answer:	I have nothing to gauge or calibrate the accuracy at that level. I’ve used it just a few times now but it seems accurate with my application. The gram mode goes to 1.0000 so that’s 10/1000.

Answer:	M1 is more accurate than M2, which is more accurate than M3. You can find tables on the web giving the M1, M2, and M3 allowable error for different weights (larger weights are allowed more error). For this 5 KG M2 weight, accuracy is supposed to be +/- 800 mg (0.8 g), so this should get you to within a gram for scales that read up to 5000 grams. An M3 weight would not be quite good enough for such a scale that reads to the gram. An M1 weight would be more accurate than needed (and a lot more expensive). 1.Washing with warm soapy water can effectively prevent infection and remove sugary impurities on the fingers that affect the accuracy of the results.
