Answer:	While I don't have this unit, I have one very similar. My issue was that it started making a high pitched noise when plugged in and the green light did not come on. I did several things, not sure exactly what worked, but I managed to get it working again. First I unplugged it. Then poured a little white vinegar in it and let it sit for a bit, then took a Q-tip and gently rubbed the center piece and rinsed with water. I later did the same thing with rubbing alcohol. It didn't turn on, but I left it overnight and this morning it's working perfectly. So maybe something had to dry out... Hope this helps you or anyone else with this issue.

Answer:	I let mine run until the water is out if you have it on constant it lasts 4 hours. If you leave it on 30 seconds intermittent it lasts for 8 which I usually use.

Answer:	It’s the third button to your right as your facing the diffuser . That button also turns the machine on. The first time you press that button you will hear two quick beeps. Question:	How do i get the high mist setting? how much oil do i use to get a good smell? im new to these things. tia
Answer:	My diffuser wasn’t working as it should, so I did some investigation and called the company. I learned that the glass tube vial that is included in the packaging is a replacement and the glass vial held in place on side of the chamber is the place to put the essential oil. After studying the diagram, which is confusing, I thought the separate glass vial was supposed to sit in the center of the chamber over the metal disc. I realize now that resulted in covering and blocking the central mechanism, so there was very little moisture that was diffused. Once I learned that, I removed the vial from the center of the chamber and the diffuser now works perfectly! The company has had similar questions about the confusing directions and diagram and is having the instructions re-written to avoid misunderstandings like this one. In summary, there are 2 vials - one held in place on the side of the water chamber to use for placing the oil and one replacement that is extra in case the first one is broken or lost.

Answer:	You would think that it would, but I have four 500 ml and just purchased one of these 1000 ml that suppose to hold twice as much water and run up to 9 hours. The Mist sprays out perfectly as far as I’m concerned BUT it does not run 9 hours and holds only 500ml of Water how I’m not sure the reservoir is much larger than my 500ml but I use a 500ml mason jar and I can only fill it up once when I should be able to do two fill ups with that but No.

Answer:	This is not lavender or essential oil. It's some kind of cheap fragrance diluted with water. It doesn't smell like lavender and it clearly states on the container that it doesn't contain any essential oils. It smells like cheap soap.

Answer:	The device has a limited range to avoid affecting each other when you are training more than one dog. Please point the device directly to the barking dog and hold the button for a while. If your dogs are sensitive to the ultrasonic sound. We recommend you to separate the barking one and train individually. Question:	I received one of these products as a Christmas gift but it does not work. Can I exchange it
Answer:	It definitely depends on the dog. I’ve seen it work on ankle biters barking from across the street to about 20’ away at the park. I do find it most effective within 10’ pointed directly at the dog’s direction.
