Answer:	I personally use tap water for this diffuser. We have reverse osmosis in our house though so the tap water is drinkable. I have them in both of my kids rooms and diffuse lavender at night and really like the diffuser and how it shuts off once the water runs out.

Answer:	Yes, the smell would fill a baby's room unless it was a really big room. I use mine in the bedroom, about 15 x 20 ft and it makes the whole room smell but also do put about 10 drops of oil in it. You can put less or more oil in for more or less scent. It makes a wonderful night light by setting the light on red and the dim setting.
Question:	Is there gurgling water noise like some other units I tried
Answer:	It gurgles since the first time I use it. I have and had many other diffusers and this one is the loudest. Considering to return it.
Question:	Does this turn off automatically in the ON mode when water is low
Answer:	Yes, it turns off when the water runs out in the "on" mode. It's always off in the morning and when I open it to refill it there is only a drop of water at the bottom.
Question:	Does it wet or dampen the surface you place it on? I want to place it on a wooden table. Thank you
Answer:	I place mine on the edge of a night stand, and it does not get anything wet. The motor pushes the mist out far enough where I do not experience this issue, unlike other diffusers that push mist lightly out from the middle. You supposed you could still place something underneath just to be safe if it's not placed on the edge of a table, but I've never had an issue with it leaving puddles or getting anything wet.

Answer:	The lid holds water so when you take it off the unit make sure you have something under it. If you put to much water in the unit it will leak. Don't overfill it. The unit may need too be put a little higher.
Question:	Can you use distilled water if you have hard water
Answer:	Those are automatic shutoff times. If you push the button once, it will shut off after 60 minutes, twice after 120 minutes, three times after 180 minutes and if you go all the way to "on", it shuts off after it runs out of water or you shut it off.

Answer:	Hello, basically suitable (except for cinnamon, because the density of cinnamon is greater than water, it cannot meet the principle of water-oil balance)

Question:	I received one of these products as a Christmas gift but it does not work. Can I exchange it

Answer:	You will be able to run your Stone Diffuser for one full cycle before the water is emptied. There will be about 1 inch of water left at the bottom. The cycles are a continuous 4 hour, or an intermittent 8 hours. The 8 hour cycle will run for 30 seconds, and turn off for 30 seconds.
Question:	If you want to change scents, should you just run it until it's dry
Answer:	Yes, you can definitely run the diffuser through a full cycle before changing the essential oils! Once the diffuser is turned off, you are able to pour out any left over water, rinse the water reservoir, and fill with fresh water and new essential oils. It is completely up to you when you would like to change the essential oils and water.

Answer:	Usually， 4-5 drops is ok, but if you want the strong smell, you can add more. Just as you like.

Answer:	Yes, it will auto shut off when the time is up or no water.
Question:	Can i leave it ON during the entire night
Answer:	It will only stay on for a few hours. I've yet to determine how many that is but I would say at least 4+ then you have to refill it again. BTW, this is a very nice diffuser. The lovely colors accenting the tree image are very soothing and it is a very quiet machine.
