Question:	I just bought two of these. Nothing in the instructions indicates: how many drops of essential oils should be added for a given amount of water
Answer:	I think it would work well on any ramp. The surface in the steps where I applied it more than a year ago shows no sign of wear. However, a couple of places the adhesive failed under the edge for as much as an inch in but it was easay to fix it by applying contact cement with a Q-tip. It is a good product
Question:	The instruction manual says "do not exceed the 500 ML max line." But there is no such line in the water tank & line measuring cup line is only 150 ml
Answer:	It can be removed but it will leave a residue of adhesive on the surface that will have to be removed with alcohol or WD 40.

Answer:	The lid holds water so when you take it off the unit make sure you have something under it. If you put to much water in the unit it will leak. Don't overfill it. The unit may need too be put a little higher.
Question:	Can you use distilled water if you have hard water
Answer:	Those are automatic shutoff times. If you push the button once, it will shut off after 60 minutes, twice after 120 minutes, three times after 180 minutes and if you go all the way to "on", it shuts off after it runs out of water or you shut it off.

Question:	I received one of these products as a Christmas gift but it does not work. Can I exchange it

Answer:	The grey is dark. The biggest black cover that we currently have is 36"x21". In 1.5 months we will have 38"x23" black cover available.

Answer:	I used it on a steal backing and chose it after reading the comments section. I would not personally expect anything to stay stuck to concrete in an exterior location due to its tendency to collect moisture. However I noticed several that liked this product have used it in places that I also would have questioned and had acceptable results. If you do try it make sure the concrete is very dry when applying it, once the glue is set any moisture is likely to not cause it to come loose. After all some are using it in pool areas and out of reviews all were impressed with its ability to stay stuck but one. He likely did not have a good clean surface or had a wet one that he tried to stick it to.

Question:	How much oil do you need to use to last until it runs out. Is oil put in by drops
Answer:	It’s just a diffuser. And a diffuser that doesn’t work. It’s junk, don’t waste your money and the company does not stand by their warranty and will not even reply to your messages. Terrible product and even worse customer service.
Question:	does the timer shut off the mist AND the light? or just the mist
Answer:	No, it’s made in China and they don’t work and the company doesn’t honor the “warranty”. Don’t waste your money on this garbage.
Question:	can this work without a power cord as in a usb charger or batterie
Answer:	Yes but it doesn’t work. Terrible product and even worse, non existent customer service. They don’t stand by their warranty and they don’t even reply to messages. Don’t waste your money.

Answer:	It does not need nor does it come with one. The manual says there is an optional one to purchase if you use hard water. I use filtered water.
