Question:	I received one of these products as a Christmas gift but it does not work. Can I exchange it

Answer:	It is very cheap plastic. The white top part sits on the bottom part without attaching or latching in any way, making it tip over and spill easily.

Answer:	I just purchased this diffuser and trust me you do not want this one. It is very cheap plastic and though mine does currently work I’ve heard others say that they don’t last very long. If I had known the poor quality of this product I would’ve never purchased it 😩

Question:	What is the manufactures type of water is recommended
Answer:	There are no limitations on water type, but if you live in an area where the water is heavy in alkaline I would recommend filtered or bottled water. I live in an area with lots of alkalines I have to clean the diffuser element with alcohol dipped Qtip quite often.
Question:	How big is the glass globe
Answer:	Guessing but about six inches in diameter!!
Question:	How long does it run
Answer:	Ours runs, automatically, for 1 hr. Music plays 12 mins, then loops after 10 mins of sitting quiet (which I think they should have done a better job at. Should not only loop within 1 min, but I believe they should have had at LEAST 20-30 mins of programmed music for the price). On the remote, you can program it to play 1 hr., 2 hrs., or 3 hrs. You can run it with the music or not. You can also run it with the LED lights (blue, purple, white) or not. And you can also play your own music through it. It's very cool.
Question:	Is this diffuser the same as the Puzhen diffuser just with The Young Living name
Answer:	Puzhen is the manufacturer of this and many other diffuser models. They evidently license this model to Young Living. You will find both names on this diffuser. It has been a great, reliable performer. Check out Puzhen's website for many more model options.
