Answer:	No. Our pure essential oils are not water-soluble, they are fat-soluble and can be dissolved in oils or solvents.

Answer:	None of these have a flashpoint higher than 170. The closest one is Rose with the flashpoint of 165°F

Answer:	That was what attracted me thinking it was organic and natural. It truly smells quite artificial to me and not genuine. I had rose oil from Bulgaria fields or Jasmine from Italy or Ilang-Ilang oil from some other Asian country from before, but this set does not smell like any of that. Too Heavy to breath via oil diffuser. But it does LOOK good.

Question:	Is it normal for the oil to get mixed with the water
Answer:	It’s normal for pure essential oils to break down plastic. (They need to be in metal or glass.) I used to make skin care products using essential oils. They came to us in heavy metal cans or glass. If in their concentrated form, they were left in plastic containers, the containers would bend and warp. (We had an employee who unintentionally demonstrated this fact for us.) I’m not sure of the technicality of it but I just know - It doesn’t matter what the scent is, don’t put essential oils in plastic! :)
Question:	Can all the lights be turned off
Answer:	Yes you can turn off the color array of lights on the main body, however the "on" lights remain illuminated even with the color display off. There is a red light for constant mist and a green light for intermittent mist. It is quite bright in a dark room (think on your bedside table). It is not just a small illuminated dot but rather a bright dot with corresponding color glow at the bottom. Quite a lot of light next to your bed when trying to sleep. :-( So far, wrapping a dark ribbon around the base at night helps but not an ideal solution. Otherwise I love this diffuser.

Question:	I received one of these products as a Christmas gift but it does not work. Can I exchange it

Question:	How much oil do you need to use in this on average, and how long will it run. Additionally what is the most/least amount of oil you can use in it
Answer:	Please use AromaTech aroma oils only. They are created for our AromaTech Diffusers and no water is needed. The pure aroma oil is transformed into dry air, preserving all the natural properties.
Question:	Can you use essential purfumed oils in this diffuser
Answer:	yes, I have two of these and they both started making this noise. I called the support line and they said they needed to be cleaned. They were barely used. Sent both in to be repaired they came back and worked fine for a month then same thing. Cleaning does not help. Total waste of money!!!!! Loved the scents they had but this device was super noisy.
Question:	What's the noise level? I thought nebulizers were pretty noisy

Question:	How can I wash out this product
Answer:	Scents are separate. We’ve tried about 14 so far, and only REALLY like about 3 of the 14. My favorite is bourbon vanilla...cucumber guava is another good one. Make sure to go to their website and pick 7 “freebie” scent sticks of all the ones you like. Happy scenting! It’s a great little machine! We’ve got ours set in the living area on 1, and you can only really smell it when you’re in the room, which is perfect. You could crank it to 10 and smell it on the whole downstairs floor, but you’ll plow through bottles....
