Answer:	I’ve used straight essential oil without dilution. But if you find some essential oils to be to strong for example, peppermint, then diluting would be a good idea.

Answer:	Make sure to put the filter back in the right position just push it to the top and make sure that the palstic part make “klik” sound when putting back.
Question:	Does it have to have a certain amount of water to work properly? Is there too much or too little
Answer:	Mine came with an extra wick in the pack. I change mine every 30 days or so if used daily they last while! I rinse the clear bowl with warm water and mild soap weekly to keep it from getting build up and use a Qtip with rubbing alcohol to clean the metal plate on top! Works great

Question:	It’s advertised an optional lavender eucalyptus scent that I cannot find to add to my order
Answer:	No it's plastic. I don't know about the other colors but I'm assuming they're the same.
Question:	Is this truly only a spray every 8hrs? Makes no sense
Answer:	There's no single answer to this question. If the space is dry in general, the moisture will be absorbed more rapidly on either setting and the unit will empty and shut off sooner irrespective of room size. The amount of heat being radiated into a room as well as the humidity outside are probably the biggest factors. I own two units that are currently used in room between 150 and 220 sq. ft. and have tested it successfully in a 340 sq. ft. room; I'll be purchasing another one for that space.

Answer:	It has a low and high setting. The low setting will last about 12 hours. The high setting lasts about 9 hours. The unit has four timer settings in the following minute increments: 60, 90, 120 and auto which runs until the unit senses it is out of water. I have ran this daily in my house, and it works for the whole house.
Question:	Is there a recommended max or min room size
Answer:	I don't think you can remove the lights but it has an option to use the most with out any lights as well as use the light with no mist. 😊 It's definitely worth the money.

Answer:	It holds only 100ml of water (1/10 of a liter) so, though it's lovely & I enjoy mine, it doesn't do much to scent a 680 sq ft apartment. Even using a little extra oil, it gives only a faint scent unless enclosed in the bedroom or bathroom.
Question:	Is there an interval or intermittent mode to release scent, or is the timer the only option for automatic scent dispersal
Answer:	There are four time settings- 30 min, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, and 4 hours. There is no interval option.
Question:	Is the plastic BPA free
Answer:	The plastic tank is made of polypropylene. Polypropylene is certifiably BPA-free and free of other bisphenols as well.
Question:	Does a light have to be on? Or can the diffuser be on w/o any light
Answer:	It can be on without any light, it's the setting I always have it on. However, the "On" button does have a slight green light so you know when it's on, so if you need total pitch-blackness for sleep, this might be disruptive for you. I am a person who needs near total-darkness for sleep, though, and it causes no issues for me!
