Question:	Mine did not come with instructions. How does it work and does mist/smoke come out
Answer:	A small piece of plastic comes down and presses on the top of the spray can. As long as you created a platform for the pepper spray to sit on (to disperse thru the hole) or cut out a hole for the spray to shoot through, you should be able to attach something on the plastic depressor to activate the pepper spray. **Word of warning- When I first tried pepper spray, my friend and I failed to notice the very light breeze that day. While the stream of pepper spray worked perfectly, an invisible cloud of ultra fine mist wafted back towards us. It caused both of our faces to burn intensely and made us sprint to the hose. Please remember that this was caused by an invisible, ultra-fine mist that was carried by the lightest of breezes. ***Moral of the story: Sometimes, less is more. You don’t need much to cause damage. ***Better Idea: I would suggest covering up the pepper spray to look like a small bottle of perfume/cologne. Then you leave it in the bathroom with a note saying that you (insert the name of someone you don’t like) are trying to get feedback on this new scent and people are welcome to try it out as long as they leave their feedback. Leave a few sheets of paper and a pen to complete the look and then kick back to watch the horror ensue. Granted it will probably only work once, but I sure as heck wouldn’t want to be the person to “try the new scent”.

Question:	I received one of these products as a Christmas gift but it does not work. Can I exchange it

Question:	How much essential oils is suitable for if I add full water of it
Answer:	Usually， 4-5 drops is ok, but if you want the strong smell, you can add more. Just as you like.
Question:	Does the machine beep once the cycle ends
Answer:	Yes, it will auto shut off when the time is up or no water.
Question:	Can i leave it ON during the entire night
Answer:	It will only stay on for a few hours. I've yet to determine how many that is but I would say at least 4+ then you have to refill it again. BTW, this is a very nice diffuser. The lovely colors accenting the tree image are very soothing and it is a very quiet machine.
Question:	What are the dimensions of the unit itself? It just shows package dimensions
Answer:	The diffuser is 5 5/8 " high X 4 1/4" wide. I have the 100 ml one that I love. I get lots of compliments on it. Use it daily in my massage room. I ordered the 300 ml because some of my clients wanted one and I like the features this one has

Answer:	Take the top off to expose the plastic cylinder inside. Lift the top off, fill with water to the max line, then your essential oil‘s, drop maybe 5 to 7 drops and put the top back on . Hit the bottom hit the button at the bottom until the lights come on and you should be good to go
