Answer:	Yes. I do not use essential oils as some are toxic to pets.
Question:	Is it normal for the oil to get mixed with the water
Answer:	It’s normal for pure essential oils to break down plastic. (They need to be in metal or glass.) I used to make skin care products using essential oils. They came to us in heavy metal cans or glass. If in their concentrated form, they were left in plastic containers, the containers would bend and warp. (We had an employee who unintentionally demonstrated this fact for us.) I’m not sure of the technicality of it but I just know - It doesn’t matter what the scent is, don’t put essential oils in plastic! :)
Question:	Can all the lights be turned off
Answer:	Yes you can turn off the color array of lights on the main body, however the "on" lights remain illuminated even with the color display off. There is a red light for constant mist and a green light for intermittent mist. It is quite bright in a dark room (think on your bedside table). It is not just a small illuminated dot but rather a bright dot with corresponding color glow at the bottom. Quite a lot of light next to your bed when trying to sleep. :-( So far, wrapping a dark ribbon around the base at night helps but not an ideal solution. Otherwise I love this diffuser.

Answer:	While I don't have this unit, I have one very similar. My issue was that it started making a high pitched noise when plugged in and the green light did not come on. I did several things, not sure exactly what worked, but I managed to get it working again. First I unplugged it. Then poured a little white vinegar in it and let it sit for a bit, then took a Q-tip and gently rubbed the center piece and rinsed with water. I later did the same thing with rubbing alcohol. It didn't turn on, but I left it overnight and this morning it's working perfectly. So maybe something had to dry out... Hope this helps you or anyone else with this issue.

Answer:	I let mine run until the water is out if you have it on constant it lasts 4 hours. If you leave it on 30 seconds intermittent it lasts for 8 which I usually use.

Answer:	Try .5ml dropper don’t put too much oil because when it drys it will leave a layer of oil into you will have to try to melt it again if that happens
Question:	Would these oils be ok to use in any diffuser? Im not crafty so these would be for relaxing
Answer:	Yes they are. It only takes 3 to 5 drops, if you put too many it doesn't smell right. I learned that the hard way, lol.

Question:	Will this box hold 4 oz bottles with a dropper cap
Answer:	I think the dropper may not fit.
Question:	Does it hold 15 ml bottles? One reviewer said it does not
Answer:	I have two 15ml bottles that are 2.75" high. They barely fit, anything taller won't make it. Same thing for bottle diameter, 3" is about the limit.
